“I just went through the drive through on 4/21 at about 11:30am there was a GM who helped with my order and he was so kind and thanked me for my service. He earned this 5 starts without a doubt. I called to get his name and the lady says his name was Mike Morton. So Mr Morton I really appreciate your hospitality you really didn’t have to do what you did thank you sir. Also the person who originally took my order was extremely nice“

“The Chick-fil-A at Alden Bridge is absolutely top-notch! Their drive-thru is incredibly fast and efficient – I barely have time to pull out my phone before my order is ready. There's almost no waiting, even during peak hours, which is amazing. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious every time I visit. On top of that, the customer service is stellar – always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This location truly sets the standard for fast food excellence. Highly recommend!
