The pork soup dumplings were a highlight, bursting with delicious flavors that felt truly special. My husband's choice of crawfish noodles was equally impressive, with a fresh crawfish flavor that shone through. The noodles tasted homemade, and the spice level was just right, adding a perfect kick. We also shared the Hongyu wonton appetizer, which was both flavorful and delightfully spicy. “If you grew up in The Woodlands like I did (1983 - present), you definitely know Chef Chan's is the best Chinese food around. When we have family come visit from other states, they always request we "order Chinese food from that one place" while they're in town. The Grogan's Mill Shopping Center used to be its home back in the day, but long story short, it's now at the Indian Springs Shopping Center where Lake Woodlands and Woodlands Pkwy intersect. “Every few weeks we have our Family Sunday Dinner ordering to go with the whole family . China Bridge is one of our favorite places to order from . They have a great variety to order from and the food is always good. So everyone always gets their favorite meal . . I do have one suggestion for them though . Their restaurant is very nice but it always seems that their dine in business is not as busy as they should be . My suggestion having started in the Restaurant Industry is to create more light in the Restaurant . Also on days for Big Sports events make sure your TV is on with no Sound . Customers also like being able to see out and into the restaurant so opening it up will help . Anyway if you haven’t eaten there give them a try prices are fair and food and service are always great , Thanks Will Mattern“

“This is the best oriental restaurant by far in the Magnolia area. Delivery is fast and the food is always hot. When we are hungry for oriental food we do not think of another place, its always Mei-Wei. Thank you for always meeting our expectations. That is hard to find these days.“
