“Had a not so great experience when ordering through uber eats. I called in to let them know about items missing in my order and spoke to Maggie who was a “Hospital lead” (which I’m sure is just another word for hostess). She was extremely rude and unapologetic. Especially when the issue was their fault. However, the manager Gilbert made up for her incompetence. He had great customer service and did a great job to make things right and calm me down after my blood pressure went up talking to the “hospitality lead. ““

“If you grew up in The Woodlands like I did (1983 - present), you definitely know Chef Chan's is the best Chinese food around. When we have family come visit from other states, they always request we "order Chinese food from that one place" while they're in town. The Grogan's Mill Shopping Center used to be its home back in the day, but long story short, it's now at the Indian Springs Shopping Center where Lake Woodlands and Woodlands Pkwy intersect. Orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken or pork. Really I haven't tried anything here that I don't like. Most people order take out. So the restaurant is usually quite bit don't let that fool you. Happy to support this local business.“

She cautioned me the bottom of the bag was hot. I was very happy with the quick and friendly service. Will go back and this time as a dine in customer.“
