“I have really been looking forward to going to this restaurant but after reading December reviews it appears something happened during that month and I think I'll wait to see reviews from January before I decide. I love the ambiance of the place the fact that it's small and cozy and the menu appealed it to me but if the execution, service and availability is not there then what fronted out as an excellent experience leaves a bad taste on the end. I really hope to read that things have turned around since your last reviews. And do bear in mind that I know that people might complain for reasons that have nothing to do with the restaurant however that being said if they took the time to post it on the site I'm going to keep it in my mind until I read differently. “I am most happy to REPORT.. that CHILIS .. you really got it right. What a difference Jeffrey Saylor makes. Your employees worked together, Your Food was excellent, your staff was attentive, your restrooms were clean, your kitchen CLEAN.. your tables CLEANED as they should be. Your hostess was communicating with BUSER on what tables needed to be cleaned. It can be done.. and it showed tonight. I could not be more impressed. Jeffrey was checking on everyone.. even working side by side with his crew. It was TEAMWORK at its finest. If you tried the CHILIS in Tomball.. and had a just okay .. or a bad experience.. I encourage you to try again. The management matters. They have a manager that works with his TEAM.. not BOSS them. It shows.. way to go Chilis.. and most of all way to go Jeffrey.“

“I’ve driven past Pickles for as long as I can remember, and tonight I finally decided to stop in. Honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the owner and a couple of his friends, it felt more like walking into someone’s home than a bar.

Pickles has this old Cypress vibe that you just don’t find anymore, and being there reminded me of summers with my family back in the day. The whole place had that comfortable, familiar feel, almost like hanging out in your uncle’s cool bar.

They even taught us how to play shuffleboard (Tuesdays and Sundays are shuffleboard nights if you’re looking for some competition). We came in on a Saturday, and while it was a little quiet, it didn’t matter. The owner and the folks there made sure we felt welcome, and the slower pace actually made it even more personal.

Pickles is genuine, nostalgic, and one of a kind. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. 100% worth a visit.“

“Was introducing to a friend that lives in Brazil about Mexican food and Houston culture. Afterwards I got the munchies so I looked up taqueria near me and I came across this joint . Wow! I order the 5 taquitos with the charros and chile toreado on point . I like the chicken better but the charros wow! Although I only got 4 tacos I still give them 5 stars not bad at all and only 7 bucks !“

Like I always had a good experience here the bartenders are always nice and make sure you get taken care of the food here is very good for sports bar food like really 👌🏽 they always have “the beer of the month” and “shot of the month” specials and the drinks here are very well priced they have inside and outside dining it’s dog friendly but the dogs have to be outside dining only the establishment itself is very clean. The restrooms are clean pretty spacious. They have two pool tables. They have like maybe two or three arcade games a decent amount of TVs. I mean this is a very nice sports bar so if you’re in the area or if you’re looking for somewhere new to try go here, I’m pretty sure you’re gonna have a great time! 🍻“

“This is a fantastic bar, we went on a week night and it was casual, not too crowded, and the chill energy was amazing. Our bartender Charisma was great and the drinks were amazing. Perfect bar for a low-key quiet experience. We had the thin crust pizza and it tastes great and goes well with the drinks. ????? Will go again!“
