“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. “This is our go-to place when we want fresh, delicious, healthy food options. We've visited or ordered takeout roughly 30-32 times over the past 3 years, and regardless of what we order, we're always pleasantly surprised. Portions are generous. Seasonal menu options are excellent. Pricing is good for the high quality of ingredients. My go-to's are the salads (I've had them all), my husband loves the burgers and spaghetti squash bolognese, and the carrot cake and domino cake are both a hit.“

One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? We can honestly say we’ve never had a poor experience at this location. The menu has something for everyone, making it an easy favorite for a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner.“

“Went to tailgators today for the worst service a restaurant could offer leave you sitting 15 minutes with nothing to drink after telling tailgators staff what l wanted to drink 15 to 20 minutes later nothing and this is not the first time at this location so l got up and left no service l told the manager l was going to save him the comp. Because the last time I was in tailgators it took an hour to be served after we ordered so they comp one meal l just saved tailgators the embarrassment!!Service is a joke!“
