I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

I went with the salad and the habanero sauce and my dad chose the mild sauce on his chicken sandwich. The fries are seasoned and cooked to perfection, if you haven’t been here you need to give it a try! Hard to find good hot chicken places in Fort Worth.“

“Food was good. We ordered the wings “wet” and they came out wet. This is in contrast to the last 2 carry out orders where there was just a hint of sauce. The waffle fries and cheese were a bit thin on cheese this time and were already cold when brought to the table. I thought the server paced the meal well, but I did need a refill and could not find them for a while. The noise level was up a bit and at times I had trouble hearing my daughter who was sitting next to me.

Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with other establishments. You can park across the street, but the crossing is not marked or protected.

Kid-friendliness: It can be noisy as the dining room is very reverberant. They do serve alcohol and there are sudden outbursts during sporting events, but most kids will be fine.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck finding a handicap parking space.“

I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't, yes just going for the free strip. So I called to let them know in a fun way...are y'all forgetting to give the free chicken strip?! Anyway, they made up for it. They also gave me a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea but didn't know that till after I got home, added stevia to my tea, took a sip & it was overly sweet!! Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. “Great pizza! The crust is amazing! Portions here are very generous. We love the Antipasto Salad - which is a meal all in itself! We also love the meat lovers pizza. Not on the menu online but it exists and it rocks! Very cool atmosphere. They have a small bar with several TVs so you can catch your game. They usually have some music playing which I like while I have a cold draft beer and enjoy the food with my wife and elementary aged kids. When my wife sends me to pickup a pizza I order when I get there, sit at the bar, enjoy a cold one or two, then get my pie and head home. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!“

“We like the Jet Boat with Italian sausage, and pineapple, and sesame seeds in fact it's the only thing we have ever ordered from there in over 10 years and with marinara sauce it's delicious. They have went up from like 8 to 12 bucks in 10 years but we still get them on occasion so we must like them.“

“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“I know many of you have been to a Chili's and the reviews may not help but this Chili's has a great staff that makes the food taste better because it's faster! And with the new savings plan you can often get a free dessert or appetizer. They are extremely fast on the burgers/ribs (their staple) so anything else I can't vouch for but the burgers and ribs is why you come here. Even crowded nights they are fast. I would give it a chance for family style or sports bar style dining in. The price is great for the food you're getting so come and give this location a shot.“
