“This was our first time going here. We had heard good things about it. We had the boudin burger and I have to say it was yummy! Slightly spicy , great taste. Also had sweet potatoes fries. The y were good a bit over cooked but still good! A nice change from the average burger places. We will definitely go back. Price wise, not bad, 3 burgers and 2 fries about $44 dollar's. I guess waits can be long if they are busy, but I believe you can call in order and pick up if you don't want to sit in your car and wait. Definitely worth a try!!“

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. One employee, Casyn, stood out for being friendly, professional, and making sure everything was taken care of without making a big deal about it. “After a disappointing experience at the other Tyler IHOP location, I drove to this IHOP near the mall late Thursday night. Even though they were much busier and had significantly more customers, the difference in service was night and day.

The staff greeted me right away, were friendly and professional, and took my to-go order immediately. Despite the restaurant being packed, my order was placed, paid for, and ready in less than 15 minutes.

It's refreshing to see a team that remains attentive and welcoming even during a busy shift. The employees were working hard, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing excellent customer service. This location turned what started as a frustrating evening into a great experience.

“After several recommendations by neighbors we finally decided to try the burgers at Noonday Store. What a treat! Hamburgers and cheeseburgers made the way you want and taste the way they're supposed to. Although they're basically the same, there's a subtle but pleasant difference from all the franchise burgers. It could be because they don't use any "special sauce", but we think it's the freshness of the meat - they grind and make the patties themselves. Whatever it is, we rated these burgers the best in Tyler.“

I was on a little road trip heading back to Houston from Tyler, and I know from when I lived in Frankston that this location has been here for many years. I figured if it hasn't shut down yet, there's probably a good reason.

I was right. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly, tots were crisp and freshly fried even at the late hour I'd visited, and the food runner was a really friendly young man.

The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the touch screen at the bay I was in being completely non-functional. I would've been happy to leave a buck or two as a tip, but no amount of smushing my finger on the screen had any effect. I was trying to see if there were some sort of physical buttons I was missing, but no... Just didn't work.

Y'all's employees are really nice, so I definitely recommend fixing that so they aren't missing out on getting a bit extra for their service.“
