Y'all... if you missed the Iron+Ember BBQ takeover at @CultureETX I am so sorry!!! Wow that was an amazing surprise. Perfect smoke ring on the brisket with a nice bbq sauce for dipping. Totally unnecessary but delicious for dipping! The beans had spices and meat in them that was a delicious dish by itself. Too many things I wanted to try and it all looked so good and mouth watering. Can't wait for next time!!!
