“Well overall we went to order a bag of ice and they had no ice but that's okay. I gave service for stars because it took them a while to get to us and they weren't very busy but overall they handled us well I know it's a little smaller of a Sonic the atmosphere isn't too bad a friendly people. I would just give him five stars on everything but to make this an honest review that's how it went. It was great ??“
“They are certainly not deaf friendly. I couldn't order through APP because it has to do with stupid password I couldn't put in. It happens all the time. So I tried to order through that stupid freaking speaker and I have no clue what they're saying. I've asked for a waiter to come out. I've waited too long. Finally, the waitress came and she said that she and the manager apologized. Just don't yell at a deaf person who couldn't understand what you're saying through the speaker. Sonic, fIx the problem with APP!!! Sonic used to have a sign on the brick wall stating that if you can't order through the speaker, press the button and turn on your headlights. The sign was taken down. Why is that? The waitress was very generous and patience. I truly appreciate her. Thank you for your service.“
“The worst sonic EVER. Several stalls are out of order at all times, the wait is normally over 20 minutes, When you get your order, it’s most of the time wrong. However, most of the kids working there are always sweet so I’ve never complained. This evening when I sent our drinks back for the correct ones, a gothic teenager with a bull-ring in her nose brought back the new drinks & argued with me about them being correct the first time. & Not in any kind of joking manner. I honestly felt threatened & extremely disrespected. With my kids in the car with me. She literally THREW straws at my car lol. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me that she WAS the manager. I would HATE to know that I was paying an employee like that to represent my investment. Pitiful.** Update. I called & spoke to the actual manager today & I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. A little bit of kindness goes a long ways! Thank you, Mrs. April for your top notch customer service!!“
“One of the best Sonics I have ever been to. They got my order correctly. The staff is always super friendly and super helpful. The only negative is that they went out of a lot of items when it gets really busy on a holiday. My sonic burger was charred amazingly. It tasted really good and my tater tots were cooked perfectly crunchy as I requested.“
“I purchased the soft pretzels and my fav. Flavored drink. I found the place to look clean well kept and the friendliness and the willingness to help of the servers and the night manager (failed to get his name) was above & beyond. I will certainly come back to this sonic again ?“
“I can't give enough 5 stars for this Sonic..I miss my Athen, Sonic so much but thankful now I have this one..I have lived in Flint, Texas two months now and frequent Sonic and have not had one bad experience .Thank ya'll..Keep up the good work..Jackie Stampley“
