They handled the passed apps during the cocktail hour, a plated dinner with two different entrée options, several adjustments for dietary restrictions, cake cutting, and bartending for our 230 guests and did a stellar job. We worked with Sonya from our tastings all the way through our wedding day and she was wonderful. She even noticed that my husband was still up talking to guests after his food had been served, so she snagged his plate and brought him a new one that was still warm.
