However, I recently had an issue with the online system sending my order to the wrong store, and the GM Robert and his staff went above and beyond to help fix the issue, and the food was perfect. “OMG ? one of the best hamburgers I have ever had. The burger was about the size of my whole hand. It's cooked to perfection and they have a variety of cheeses that you can put on your burger besides classic boring yellow cheese lol
The fries are fresh cut and seasoned to perfection as well. I will definitely be coming back ?“

“Breakfast (my meal) was good except the toast was tough (in other words, left out to long after toasting). Lunch, my wife's order, was really bad. Obviously under cooked (or off brand canned) black eye peas, dry mashed potatoes. I recommend breakfast with a couple modifications, but not lunch/dinner. Server (Mark) was friendly and attentive.“

“Very accommodating staff members. It felt nice and cold inside. Late night staff were energetic and friendly. Food came out as soon as we sat down. Clean restaurant and plenty of seating. Good was hot when served. Well not the fries. But we didn't mind.“

“My bike patrol gents and gal came here Tuesday at about 11 AM. It wasn't busy at all so we were able to sit wherever we wanted. The food was top notch and the chips were awesome sauce. I've never had a chip so easily fall apart when chewing. They're very soft chips! The grilled chicken club I ordered was very good. Juicy chicken! Wasn't trying at all. The fried pickles are always good and they have like 4 different jugs of pickles to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and professional. This place is located in downtown Mansfield so parking might be a little strenuous.“

“Best Whataburger experience ever. The man taking order was so polite and he could understand me through the drive thru. The order was ready quickly and the hamburger was thick and the bread was fluffy, not smushed. The fries were fresh and salty. Keep doing what you are doing Alvarado and we’ll be back!“

“I truly like coming to this Burger King, it is a little out of my way but when I'm in Midlothian I try to always stop here. Their service is excellent, the food is always freshly prepared, fried are hot and cheese l crispy and the burgers take me back to my childhood.“

“Came up for an early dinner, and everything was pretty awesome. The Tater Kegs were freaking awesome! Highly recommend those, maybe two orders lol Most of the fries were great. Sadly, mine were mostly overcooked and too hard but the French Dip sandwich was perfect as usual. Thanks for a nice family dinner!“

“Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other! Most people can’t spell where we live, much less understand what a SMALL TOWN” really is. Thanks again Alyssa!“

“Every time I start my order it seems like I am interrupted and can't finish my order. I even had to tell the lady if I could finish ordering because she was giving me my total. That is so annoying being rushed. We try to have orders ready to go before pushing the button but when you have kids, things change.“

“5 stars for being open late on Christmas eve. There are many in this population that do not celebrate this hilday and it's nice that they are open.
