“One of the things that draws me back to this location is watching the bartender (Tristan), the wait staff and who I assume is the manager come over and be so kind and chatty to the lovely lady that sits at the end of the bar by herself to have lunch. I’m only in this area about 1-2 times a month for work and I’ve seen this several times now. It’s so sweet to witness kindness like this in a public establishment. In addition my service is always wonderful, my food always comes out quickly and tastes amazing. Tristan makes great Red Bull mocktails that help me get through my work day. One of these days I’ll remember to take a pic of my lunch lol! Oh and I always see some new detail in the murals, they are so detailed!“

“I Google good lunch in Midlothian and this popped up. My daughter and I tried it and it was delicious. I tried the southern one and my daughter tried the one with cranberries. (Can't remember the names)
The young lady that helped us at the register was super nice and allowed me to try a certain bread and chicken salad before I purchased. That was very nice.

“I recently had to change my diet to gluten free. I visited Jersey Mikes because I heard their gluten free subs were delicious. I had the absolute best experience. When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.) The whole team is obviously trained really well. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for not making it feel like an inconvenience, and going above and beyond to serve me. I will be a customer for life.“
