“Everyone was so nice and the service was super quick. Maybe 5 minutes if that of waiting after ordering. Food was soooo good and the prices are great. The potatoes are crazy big so it was lunch and dinner for me! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

“They have moved from this location. They are still working out the kinks in a new place, however, the service was friendly, the place was clean, and rhe food was good. A touch too much Tony Chachere's on the fries, but they were hot, not limp, and good. Hamburger had food flavor. Hubby's fish and shrimp were good also. We will be back.“

“Finally got to try this place today and I am impressed. They were out of brisket (about 12:30pm) as well as a few other things I wanted to try but I ended up with turkey, chopped beef and a couple of ribs along with the potato salad and Caesar slaw. I’m a potato salad snob and they surpassed my standards! It was perfect. The Caesar slaw was delicious as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything quite like it. The meat was very good and tender and the sauce was a tangy mustard-y Carolina style that I loved. It was about $30 for meat, two sides and a 20 oz Dr. Pepper but I have enough leftovers for two more meals so I am a happy girl. Definitely recommend!“

“We went with our friends Kenny & Dena to eat at Charlie’s Bar-B-Que & Catering this afternoon in Beaumont. It is some of the best BBQ around. While eating we seen a picture of Charlie and Aaron Franklin standing together under a tent. Charlie’s wife came over to ask how our food was and I asked her about the picture, she proceeded to tell us how they received an invited to cook at Aaron Franklin’s BBQ cook off in Austin, she was so nice. After we finished our meal Charlie came out to check on something, and we stopped him and started talking with him about how he Smokes his meat, type of wood he uses….etc, he was such a super nice friendly guy to talk and visit with. I would highly recommend if your hungry for some BBQ, or need an event catered, to give them a try. Their BBQ is delicious. Oh, I almost forgot, then we went to DQ in Nederland for some ice cream to complete our evening of festivities……..LOL 😂“

“The brisket was on the dry side not much smoke flavor was good enough to eat. I think they cold smoke it center was pink like pastrami. The ribs were better than the Brisket good amount of seasoning and the smoke flavor was more pronounced I enjoyed them a lot more. The sausage was pretty good and wasn't overcooked. BBQ sauce made the food taste better, it had a good smoked flavor that seemed like from meat juices. Pinto beans were very good and the corn was very different never had any like it before. Tried my wife's mustard potato salad it was on point. If I'm ever back in town I'll just get the ribs. The brisket needs some work but everything else was good. My daughter had the baked potato with Brisket she said the meat was dry as well and needed more sauce to make it good. Service was great, man had a good sense of humor and was funny and joked alot, lady a register was polite and helpful.“
