“I was in the neighborhood to get my car window replaced. I stumbled upon this little place and decided to give it a try. Outside looked a bit sketchy, but that usually means the food inside is amazing. I was NOT disappointed! The buns? Amazing! The burger? Juicy AF! I got the cheeseburger combo and added mushrooms and bacon. Best decision of my life! The fries are crinkle fries with a really good seasoning. I would have preferred a fountain drink, but, a can was fine. The seating area is outside but screened in. Honestly, I’m really glad I found this little place. I need to go back and try some of the other foods and frozen treats. The people working were super friendly! Great little hole in the wall burger joint that I WILL return to! I’m also a fan of Brenda’s and TJ’s, if that gives you an idea.“

“family friendly environment.. empolyees are the best. best manager ever. great food fast service. Far and few amazing people still exist in this world. But let me tell you. This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers thank yall for having amazing employees.we didnt get his name. But thank you sir for making my kings day a very special one..“

“A good large Cheeseburger with excellent steak fries. Walking thru the restaurant on a yellow line on the floor to pay, then having to retain to place the order following waiting for a number to be called to pick up the meal was complicated. Friendly staff. Located on the frontage road next to I-35 made arrival tricky, but the food and nostalgic atmosphere was fun.“

“I was saddened when I heard this place had closed down, but thankfully it has now reopened. I went about two days ago, and let me just say the food is as good as I remember it. The only thing that disappointed me was that the onion rings were no longer crispy. I would 100% recommend trying it if you haven’t. I will definitely be going again.“

“Was a bit skeptical at 1st but no burger were the best I’ve ever had and crispy dog were delicious, the atmosphere was very homey and people were were nice carrying conversation they had a bar in the back my husband had 2beer while we waited! We definitely will be back to eat also to enjoy couple of beer dance and do karaoke!“

“This is my go to place for flautas. The order of 4 comes with beans and rice, they have an order of 6 but that one is only flautas no beans and rice. I like that they put lettuce, tomato, and queso fresco (I think or cotija) on top. Gotta eat them fresh while they're hot and crunchy. Good price for what you get too.“

“Great food & service. Staff members were personable and friendly yet still professional. They were promoting their new limited edition caramel latte shake for $1 with your purchase. Iced carmel coffee is my favorite, and this shake didn't disappoint, The flavors were very well balanced, the coffee didn't overpower the caramel flavor, and the ice cream was blended in seamlessly. If you are in need of a cold refreshing drink, I would definitely recommend trying a caramel latte shake from Whataburger.
Parking: There's ample parking around the building with plenty of disabled parking in the front near the wheel chair accessable ramp.
Kid-friendliness: They offer a kid friendly menu with smaller portions.

“I hadn't visited this location in years many years... Its so much bigger than other locations. It was very clean. Due to its beening Good Friday the line was long. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches only no combos it was $17.30 yes the sandwich is big not huge but just still seemed alot for only 2 sandwiches. There was only 1 waitress but ahe def was doing what she could to keep up. I did noticed she had a young man helping with drinks but he looked so unprofessional, walking around with these huge headphones 🎧 on his head. It didn't look right and management should be showing him 2 be proud of his work and proud of his look. They did have a perfect city score and it did show.“

“"This place sucks..." Is a fair review for this place a few years ago. They've really turned it around, and the service has been great every time we've gone this year. Burger King as a franchise still has mediocre food, but this location has consistently gotten our orders right and provided freshly cooked meals. That's more than a lot of restaurants can say today.
Good job recovering this store, mystery manager.“

“Food generally good, sometimes it's not as fresh or hot when things are really busy like lunchtime but the service is always fast and efficient. It's a bit tricky to get in and out if you're coming from any direction other than west on Potranco but that's beyond their control. Wish WB had better coffee though.“

“The food is great. They have a big variety to choose from. The full bar is a plus. Karaoke night is always fun. You can call ahead, dine-in or drive thru. This place is a staple in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. The Somerset (and SW Military) location is nice too.“

“I come here almost everyday with my daughter, we love the free icecream token that comes with the kids meal. The soda and food is always on point and the dining area is usually fresh and clean. The whole staff is pretty friendly. Special thanks to Elda, Abigail and Benjamin for always going above and beyond for us. You guys are great workers.

“My husband and I went today for brunch. It the first time in a year we didn't hear the excuse that they were short staffed. The deal is we love IHOP pancakes of the month, so if it's a pancake, we really want, we try to go. More often than not, we end up leaving when we hear, "There is only one cook."we are very backed up. Only two servers" or some other excuse. Today, we walked in hopeful but with a backup plan ready. But there were no excuses. Destiny A. sat us immediately and waited on us. She was quick, efficient, and respectful. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. It was a welcoming and enjoyable experience today.“

“We went Tuesday night and OMG! It was delish! The environment was great and staff were very friendly. They have outdoor decorations so you can take awesome Christmas pictures! It’s a must. I would have to say that this food truck has been the best I’ve been to. We’ve been to quite a bit and we were completely satisfied with the service! I didn’t take pictures because my phone died but I will take some next time.“
