I’ve always liked it. But recently had burned hamburger and today I had a nasty tasting
chicken sandwich with odd texture. I couldn’t eat it. Perhaps it had been in hold for too long as it was immediately ready.

Service was horrible. 10 minutes to get served,Waited 30 minutes for the order. After 20 minutes waiting the girl asked if she can take my order. She already took my order.
This was not because you are under staffed.
These 2 girls wer at the cash but they wer laughing and giggling and didn’t serve anyone. 4 customer behind me left as they showed them the same disrespect.
I won’t be going back there.

However, the restaurant can be out of everything you ask for and the atmosphere is toxic. The staff may need reminding to deliver it and the Pineapple Frosty machine was down. Overall, Wendy's has potential, but some areas need improvement.
