“First time eating here since having disastrous service and underperforming meal.
This Meal was exceptionally cooked to perfection and server Matt was on his “A” game and made this dining experience even more memorable. I watched Matthew work his other quests tables and he gave 5 Star service to all, what an asset to the Cotton Patch Cafe and whoever trained him.

“We ended up at this location on Christmas day after a last minute change of plans. This was a great experience for our family. The restaurant was super clean (including the bathrooms), the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we left with happy bellies! The staff seems to genuinely enjoying working here and with one another, which is refreshing to see. Highly recommend this location!“

“Giving a (fair) five stars here, but i've only been here a few times. Nice place, good regular crowd, friendly staff. Not a smoker, but it is smoker friendly place. The billiard tables need some TLC. Great for average playing and practicing but not necessarily for league play.“

“I can't say enough great things about our experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in on Friday night, the host greeted us with such warmth and kindness. It really set the tone for the evening.
Our server, Trevor, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and carried a bright, genuine smile throughout the night. He made sure we were comfortable and checked in regularly without being intrusive - the perfect balance. I have celiac, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, making sure my meal was safe and delicious.
The entire staff consistently creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and that's why we keep coming back. If you're looking for a spot with amazing service, delicious food, and a caring team, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here. “We come to the Red Wasp every year during the NCAA Gymnastics Finals. Our tradition includes a cocktail with brunch. Both have always been excellent. Service here too is very excellent. I recommend starting your own tradition here. You won’t be disappointed. Go Red Rocks!!“

“Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

“I love this place in my office building. the staff is so friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. I love to get the bacon breakfast taco or the chicken salad sandwhich with homestyle chips. ive never had any issues at all and I go multiple times a week sometimes. Bee is a beast in the kitchen

“I visited this restaurant late at night and was immediately greeted upon arrival. I was given the freedom to choose my own seat, which was nice. The location is convenient, and the restaurant appeared to be clean.
However, the service was a bit lacking. While the waiter was very friendly, he didn’t check on us regularly, so we had to ask for anything we needed. It seemed like they might have been short-staffed at the time, which could explain the slow service.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but improved attentiveness from the staff would have made it even better. I will most likely return.“
