When a food item is visibly overcooked and burnt, what is the rationale behind serving it to a customer? Furthermore, there appears to have been a complete absence of customer service in this instance.
All we needed was a Family fried okra & and a family fried pickle. Good thing it was just two of us tonight. Not to mention, the person at the window was not friendly… I don’t think she wanted to be at work. She didn’t say anything.
The new 8 piece chicken is 3 wings, 3 legs, and 2 thighs. What a let down. Be sure you request 2wings 2thighs,2legs and 2 breast, if you want a real chicken!
