“We didn’t get photos of food, we were unprepared with how good this would be. From the beginning welcome to drinks and food, this place is hands down incredible! We had the sausage breakfast burrito and huevos potosinos plate with Barbacoa. The salsa & guac & chips, excellent too.
Blood Maria highly recommend.
This place is outstanding“

“This place was low key great! I was super skeptical that it was in a gas station. But it did not disappoint! The ladies were very nice. The prices were great, only $5 for two HUGE tacos with bacon, potato, egg, cheese and sour cream. The breakfast tacos were delicious! Also loved the red salsa. The only downside was it took 25 min to get through like 6 people 😅“

“Nice quaint & quiet Mexican Food restaurant located inside the historic Rogers hotel located in downtown Waxahachie, Texas. The food and service were great! The atmosphere is good.Their chips and salsa vere good. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce, and it was really good. The overall experience was great. Parking was not an issue at all. Go and give these folks a try. It's a nice alternative to the mainstay Tex-Mex.
Parking: Hotel parking in the back. Easy in and easy out.“

“A very nice worker stayed open to serve my husband and I even though he was set to close in 10 min. (We didn't see the hours until after we walked up to the window.) He was very, very polite and assured us it would be no issue to order. That was very gracious and appreciated.“

“Happened to drive by and see this new place. Very busy and lots of people which is a good sign. Service was fantastic; drinks, chips, salsa was constantly refilled. Three of us all ordered something different and all very happy with our food. Owner was very friendly and sincere. We will definitely be returning.“

“Yea, Mexican and Italian. That being said this is a great Mom and Pop cafe. Where else do you get a choice of chips n salsa or fresh bread? The pasta is good and the pizza is great. The bread is wonderful. Nice wait staff. Sorry, I like the Italian so much I haven't tried their Mexican food. I will get to it and I'll report back.“

“As I had never ordered from here, and being new to the area, I thought their menu sounded pretty good, so I took a leap of faith! I'm really glad I did, and as I did not try out the tortillas, I had the birria tacos and birria ramen, with a chicken flaunta plate (with rice and beans) and it did not disappoint. Each came with three to an order, and the ramen even came with its own birria taco on the side; the flaunts arrived crispy and hot. The one thing I haven't been able to get out of my mind was their "Salsa Falsa". It's a green, jalapeno-based salsa, that is smooth, creamy and has the perfect hint of spice! I could put that on everything...and I didvuntil it ran out! You can order the salsas in larger portions as well, which a should've done in the first place. Give them a try, I ordered from Door Dash, so I'm not sure about the service and storefront, but verything was great!“

“This is the second time we've gone in and both times 80% of the tables have not be cleared from previous diners. The person who took our order could not understand anything we said and everything had to be repeated numerous times. He had no idea what black olives were when we asked.“
