“We have been visiting Stratford and the Dirty Duck every year since we met. We visited on the first weekend after lockdown restrictions ended for a belated 20th wedding anniversary celebration.We booked a table for drinks with a special request for the window seat in the Actors bar. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and congratulated on our anniversary then shown to the window seat. Table service from the landlord Sam and his team was faultless and friendly. When we got the bill, Sam had given us our first 2 drinks free which was such a lovely touch and made me quite emotional. They had left one of our drinks off the bill so we fessed up and Sam gave us a happy anniversary 'Dirty Duck' post card. Pubs have been so harshly hit by restrictions and we were so touched by their exceptional service. Thanks Sam. You made our weekend. Best of luck for the future. See you again soon.“
“Food is great. Comes to your table, hot and fresh in record time. Wait staff was friendly. Some of the best cooks in DFW must work here because every time we go my food is delicious. Their boneless wings are huge and fresh. Pizza is pretty good to . The OMG burger is huge. Prices are budget friendly. Atmosphere is nice and calm. They do have a bar if you would like an adult beverage with your meal.“
