“This is a little taqueria that serves well priced food for the portions. I’ve had The tacos and pork tamales which both tasted great. I like the red salsa because of its flavor but is what I would consider mild/medium in heat. I liked the tamales enough that when my mom came in town that I brought her here for tamales.“

“Great food and a good value. My go-to is the chorizo/egg/potato/cheese/bean breakfast burrito for $7. It’s massive and delicious. Personally, I split this into two meals so I can adequately function at work. ?

Dietary restrictions: Gas station grub probably isn’t the healthiest but it sure is tasty! You can always elect to go meatless with a classic potato & egg burrito.

Parking: It’s in a gas station so please don’t block a gas pump.“

“Very pleasant experience at the drive thru tonight! Too often I find the drive thru staff at most fast food restaurants to be clipped and short, sometimes not even speaking at all. “My wife and I LOVE Velvet Taco! We were so excited to find out they were opening up a location near where we lived, and have been there a few times since it opened!

On this particular occasion, we forgot to make a small change to our order, and they gave us a whole new taco once we made the adjustment free of charge!

Also, when we were finishing our meal, one of the managers, I think her name is Gabbie, personally introduced herself and gave us a piece of Velvet Cake free of charge!

We love Velvet Taco, but the service from the awesome staff tonight deserved a great review! We are forever fans!“

“It’s been a few years since we had Fuzzy’s. I remember the food always being consistent, I can say that hasn’t changed. I got the steak taco and birria tacos, enjoyed both. I felt the birria was lacking flavor but they were still better than Mexican restaurants I’ve tried it at. Sopaipilla is delicious! The regular tacos were stuffed perfectly with a lot of meat, which isn’t common at other places. Overall, the quality and taste were worth the price.“

“This is a great place. We didn't want to go to any of the closest franchise food places around and give this place a try. Best decision ever. Plus if you are traveling they will make your burritos from scratch and fast. Very tasty. Very fresh. I got the egg burrito with nopales and chorizo. “We stay at Radisson Fossil Creek often, front desk worker recommended. WOW..spot on!! We have eaten there twice. Chips Salsa -Excellent! I had pulled Pork Carnitas Enchiladas with Green sauce. It was SOOO good!! My husband had soft tacos with a pork cooked in a sauce didn’t get name. He couldn’t stop eating!! Clean plate!! Ppl are very nice. Space is small, service is quick. We eat out a lot, we highly recommend!“

“I went right at 11, when they close. And, yes, I do feel bad about it. However, Benjamin and his crew were more than accommodating.

I ordered the birria tacos with consumé and rice & beans. Everything was delicious. Seriously, his birria is in the top three for FtW and possibly the Metroplex.“

“I've been to more taco trucks than any regular person...from Texas to Alaska and Florida to Montana and everywhere in between. This is a great place to eat. Great food, great people. My girl is from Jalisco and she loves when i come home from food from here just as much as i do. On a SATURDAY night.... had me slightly suspect... but I checked the reviews and it had 4 stars so I had to try it. I wanted something I hadn't had at other Mexican restaurants in my state, so I tried the Steak Shish ka bobs. Whew!!! They were REALLY REALLY good!!! Such a nice variation from the typical. “CASH ONLY. The rolled tacos are a delicious common staple from Coahuila. You eat in your car and people-watching is fantastic ?. The truck arrives around 7. Don't be surprised if they are not ready to sell at 7 as they are setting up. The drink menu is limited to just coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Dr pepper and Fanta but you can walk across the street to the little Mart for more options.

Dietary restrictions: Basically good if you eat meat, corn tortillas, cabbage and sour cream and tomatoes.“

“Went here before work for the first time today. I got one barbacoa, one pollo, and one puerco con chile morita (super spicy🖤) all on corn tortillas. My husband got two asada and two pastor all on flour tortillas. Let me tell you, these were the best street tacos we've had in so long! Nothing was dry or greasy and everything had flavor. The green salsa caught me off guard by how spicy it was, but I couldn't stop eating it. We both finished everything and will definitely be back. Also everyone was very nice and had such great manners. I loved it.“
