I normally go to sonic frequently. But today who ever was manning the speaker 8/15/2026 at 7pm needs to be fired. They forgot to add items to the order, cut us off while ordering, and her attitude was just horrendous. I dont usually go out of my way to do a review but today I had to. Horrible service, the runner was sweet and she gave good service though.
9pm on June 7th girl taking orders was awful. Took 10 minutes to answer the intercom thing. Wrote down our order wrong and when we were trying to correct her she hung up the intercom thing and wouldn't answer it again. Super rude crappy service.
This is why there are 14 people in line wrapped around the block at dairy queen next door and only 3 people at sonic. The kids these days working at this place are entitled and sucky.
