“I stopped by to get a bbq sandwich as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The brisket sandwich was delicious and the home style potato salad was awesome. Mr. Stephens always come and buy bbq from me when I set up at an event. I finally had a chance to stop by today and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m the owner of Smoking 8s BBQ food truck out of Brownfield,Tx. Stop by and try their barbecue y’all won’t be disappointed at all!!“

“Rudy's Restaurant in Lubbock exceeded our expectations! The food was fantastic, especially the beef brisket and corn on the cob (don't forget to ask for butter - it's a game-changer! 😋). The staff were super friendly and attentive, with one server going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When I mentioned the brisket was a bit dry, she promptly replaced it with a fresh order 👍🏽.
Her exceptional customer service made a lasting impression, and I even returned the next day to order a large takeout for my family back in Connecticut. If you're looking for great BBQ and top-notch service, Rudy's is the place to go! 😍“
“If you have not tried Boomerang BBQ, you have no idea what you are missing. GREATNESS! Matt and Sarah Walker are champion pitmasters with 7X World Championships with 35 Grand Championships in 12 different states. No other BBQ place in town has credentials like that!“

“Was visiting Lubbock for a work meeting we arrived late and were looking for a place still open where we could grab dinner. This was a nice little local joint with live music that we really enjoyed. There pizzas are on point and got the spot. Definitely recommended. Our Uber driver also mentioned something about it being the oldest bar in town.

“Stopped in for lunch one day because my wife was craving gizzards and this is the go-to place for that. They also had a 3-meat plate special on Friday, so we all got that and everything was great. Will have to go more often. It had been a while, since the location closer to us closed.“

“The sweet potato was excellent. But my filet medallions were tough. nothing near the quality we're used to at TRH. Normally the meat is usually excellent. these tasted that something fishy was used on them. awful.“

“If you come here, come for the steak. From my experience, these guys don't miss! The ribeyes and filets are absolutely divine! Great staff, sides are tasty, but my god, when you order a steak, these guys shine! My favorite steakhouse in Lubbock so far!“
