“This farmer's market is absolutely huge! So many different types of booths - fresh farm-grown produce, egg/meats, crafts, baked goods, and all kinds of food vendors.

But in my opinion, the one you definitely can't skip is the Korean food vendor. Never in a million years expected to find my favorite Korean food place in Lubbock, TX of all places, but after trying several of their food items and I can confidently say it's the best Korean food I've had in the U.S.

Best kimchi I've ever had, best tteokbokki, best fried chicken... everything there is 10/10. It is also the only place I've managed to find pork belly Korean pancakes.

And the owners are so sweet! If I lived in Lubbock, I would be going to this Farmer's Market every week specifically for this one booth.

Edit: Just to add that this farmer's market is absolutely HUGE. You could walk around for 2-3 hours and still not see everything. And sooo many samples!! Seriously a great Lubbock experience.“

“Please reduce the volume of the music. Since its opening last year, the early morning and late-night loud music has been difficult for the neghborhood. While it's certainly better than during the initial promotional month last year, it can still be quite loud, particularly louder on weekends, starting as early as 7 AM. Please keep in mind that this particular location is right next to residential homes, and the noise has been challenging for the residents. It has significantly affected the quality of life in my household and my neighbors. Many people I have talked to seem appreciate your products and service over the past year, but I kindly ask that you consider being a good neighbor by keeping the noise level down. My intention is not to hurt your review, not lowering my rating, but I wanted to communicate this concern.“

“Positive vibe brewery focused on it's own craft brew. Ventured in on a scorching hot August afternoon and the Ranger Pilsner hit the spot. Small beer menu with IPAs getting the most attention followed by German craft then sprinkles of other brew styles. Absolutely loved the fact they were spinning vinyl and piping it through the sound system. Decent prices and very relaxed atmosphere.“

“Stopped to eat on our way through with my husband and bloodhound and loved it! We ate outside on the patio - there was plenty of shade with the umbrellas. Our puppers got fresh water and lots of pets and the patio was spacious with gorgeous honeysuckle vines and string lights everywhere. The food was okay but the service was exceptional. I’d return just for the server, she was so attentive and personable. She even ran out to the parking lot to flag us down because I left my purse.“

“We placed a take-out order and made it home before we realized that we were missing 2 tacos. I called to see if they would leave a note at the counter so I could return later for them. Mr. Escobedo, an operating partner, insisted on delivering them himself even though I live south of Lubbock. It's not often you find customer service like this. Food was great, as always, but I wanted to praise the staff on how well they took care of us.“

“HUGE shoutout to Dutch Bros for being, hands down, the greatest coffee company! We did our gender reveal there a while back and I messaged corporate to tell them how great the crew was how much we appreciated them making this moment so special for us. I got a response back congratulating us and asking for our address so they could send us something. That something turned out to be two custom baby onsies and bib along with a handwritten note and some stickers. They are such a thoughtful company that cares about their employees and customers. If you don't already support them, please consider it because they deserve it!“

“Delicious breakfast, wait crazy so busy had to get on waiting list for 2 and half hours before even going there. Waitress was awesome. We tipped her well she was working so hard. As all the staff she well deserved it.

Dietary restrictions: Daughter allergic to several things waitress made sure helped her get food that was ok. She was awesome.

Parking: It was a busy busy day we still found a parking space

Kid-friendliness: Had what my grandson loved to eat sometimes hard to find places that have food he likes“

“I have been to a few on the borders and the service has sucked but this one here in lubbock has outstanding service. I would love to give a shout out to our waitress Taijah! she was so nice and brought our food out so fast and it was delicious. I will be coming back to this on the border and will request her service everytime as long as she is available. She went truly above and beyond for me and my family to have a great experience. On the Border deserves more love from our community.“
