“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Ice cream was great, food is decent. Wanted to upsize a drink on their small appetite menu because it's HOT in Texas and was told this they cannot do that. (Odd but could be a local rule.)
Bathroom - multiple stalls! Not the cleanest but at least there was more than 1 toilet.“
