Classic panda experience! I lived the customer service and the food even more. I'll definitely be back with the speed they operate at, makes getting in and out very quickly which is exactly what you want at all times! 9/10 Will be back in the near future. 9/10 Will recommend this location to all that seek a good panda experience.
One of the BEST Panda Express locations I have been to. Not because of the location but because of the exceptional 5 star service provided by the hard working staff. Big shout outs to Trin and Brett for handling long rush of customers during lunchtime with ease. Panda Express, you are lucky to have these two amazing workers.
The food is good..its fast food. Service is normal. The kids try at least. But where your location lacked today is clean tables. There where at least 5 employees behind counter and no one bothered to clean tables. It wasn't a priority. Unfortunately its common now a day with this new culture of its not my job employees. But ultimately it falls on management. Your employees will only go as far as you lead.

Panda Express in Wylie is a popular spot that has not disappointed. The location is clean with fast and friendly service. Orders are correct, portions are expected, and restrooms are clean. The food is very good, with the orange chicken being a standout favorite. The staff is friendly and genuinely glad to serve customers, making sure they get everything they need for a positive experience. The food is kept very fresh, which is a big plus, and consistently tastes great every time. Customers appreciate that portions are generous and fair. The team works well under pressure. The restaurant offers a kid-friendly, enjoyable atmosphere for families. The drive-through offers great customer service. The order was correct and condiments requested were included. Everything was hot and delicious. A problem with an order was quickly and efficiently solved by a supervisor with a friendly attitude and nice smile. They gave a discount and served the same order immediately. Good hot food, especially the orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Staff were busy cleaning, cooking, serving and all were pleasant. Bathrooms are spacious and newly cleaned. The service is excellent. Orders are exactly 100% correct, warm and packaged perfectly for to-go.
