“Fresh, never frozen fish! Itto's has spoiled me, and now I can't make myself eat raw sushi anywhere else.

They serve real, fresh wasabi with some of their nicer fish (including the sashimi, which I am a little too fond of), and they have plenty of options for those who don't enjoy raw fish (you poor things). You do get the usual ginger and fake wasabi with normal rolls, but the ginger is always fresh!

All of their sushi, cooked and raw, is phenomenal. Anyone who moved to Utah from the coasts and was used to good sushi can rest assured they'll find it here!“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. I found myself in Pleasant Grove, Utah and oh my goodness, what a treat it was to find myself on Center Street, at Cravings Bistro. I stepped in for lunch, and most of the tables were occupied - took that as a good omen. Walked up to the counter and ordered the TBA - turkey, bacon, avocado, grilled. It's not a fast-food place - food orders are filled when you place your order - and it was worth the wait for the best combo I've pretty much ever had. “In the 45 years I’ve lived on this planet, I’ve never tasted a better hamburger. This food is to die for and I’m not even kidding! At first you might think this is just a regular hamburger but low and behold it is not! They have different sauces for their burgers which are all amazingly unique and delicious, and like nothing I’ve ever had before! Rosemary garlic is my absolute favorite! I have taken all of my friends here so they too can experience such ecstasy, and they have all agreed it’s the most delicious burger they’ve ever had! Their loaded fries are freaking amazing as well. Their bowls are packed with high quality ingredients, tons of color, and big portions that actually fill you up. “We visit this location a few times a year and have had mixed experiences. Once I was served by a waitress who wouldn't look at me or talk to me directly throughout the entire meal. Instead, she would talk to my wife, like I wasn't there. It was so bizarre.

However, we ate at this location last Saturday and had a fantastic experience. The service was noticeably better. Our waiter was phenomenal (by far the best I've had at any restaurant this year), the food was also amazing.“

“One of the best burgers I’ve had. I came in around 8:30 PM on a slow night, and the food took a little while to come out, but I’m not complaining. This wasn’t a premade burger that they warmed up, I watched them fire the patty after I ordered. I had the garlic burger, and the fried egg made a bit of a mess, as they always do. “First of all let’s just get it out there that del taco will save us during the recession?. The only place with prices under $2 that will actually go a long way. The food is surprisingly good too! The ingredients are fresh and quality. Such a treat.

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“This isn't necessarily a food review. We went to give our kids the BYU football pregame experience. We didn't have tickets for the game. I went in and spoke with Dani the manager and she reassured us we wouldn't get towed as the towing begins when the game begins. We were gone for 45 min to 1 hour, two hours before the start of the game and our car was gone. Our car had been towed. We went in to talk with Dani and she was AMAZING. She was not happy as this has happened to other people. She got to action and got on the phone with her boss and the owner. Dani took care of us as we were with our kids. She gave us free drinks and treats. The cinnamon rolls are really good. That was my first time trying their cinnamon rolls and they were on point. We will be returning for more cinnamon rolls. We were impressed with how Dani handled the tough situation. She kept us updated and informed about what was going on. They were simply amazing and helped resolve the situation.
