“Great bar, the kitchen was closed when we got there but they didn't care if you got food delivered. The furniture is outdated but still comfortable. Good amount of billiards tables. Bring quarters, or they have a change machine that takes cash. Great staff, good drinks.“

“This place is 10/10! The food is incredible. The menu is simple but elevated. The prices are reasonable. The service is attentive and timely. Okkk now let’s get to the good stuff - what should you order?
If you order nothing but the ube pancakes, you could be happy for the rest of the day. These pancakes are fluffy and the passionfruit cream between them is to dieeee for. I’d personally come back just for the pancakes!!!
We also ordered the Vegan Bahn Mi, a side of bok choy and avocado toast with a side of potatoes. Everything was seriously incredible - flavour profiles were well balanced. While there was a slightly spicy sauce on the eggs, it was more tangy than spicy and paired perfectly with the eggs. The Vietnamese coffee was made perfectly - not too sweet and had a hint of bitterness from the coffee so you know it’s the goood stuff.

I don’t drink so while I can’t vouch for the alcoholic drinks, I did see a lot of people order them as well!

The ambiance and decor are also awesome.

Parking: there are lots of 2h parking spots for free around the corner and across the street as well. I went on a Sunday so it didn’t seem like the 2h rule was super enforced but take this advice on your own discretion! I am sure weekdays are more strict.

“I have been regularly dining at Finca Pintxos Bar before my shows at Eccles and am always happy with the yummy food and excellent service. Love the dates, meatballs, salad, and desserts!! I try to sit at the bar so I can watch them cook and visit. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I especially like visiting with Pete; he is talkative, helpful with the menu, and a great chef! Go check out Pintxos is you get a chance!!“

“I stayed at Le Méridien hotel and visited their rooftop bar—Van Ryder. it was an incredible experience! The views are outstanding, offering a relaxing atmosphere. We came just to grab some drinks, and everything was perfectly mixed. I had an Old Fashioned, and it tasted great.
Definitely a spot to visit for a chill time with great views! Will come back next time I’m in town.“

We’ve given this place 4 tries, and while sitting at the bar is amazing for drinks, the table service and food is super slow so just set those expectations appropriately. But even if you’re sitting at the bar, food service is *extremely* slow (40 minutes for an order of wings). It’s so unfortunate because otherwise, this place is a gem.“

“Copper common is beautiful inside and has a decent patio.
Their burgers and smash potatoes are so, so good! I also really love the bread appetizer.
I had the lady eve cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I've had in salt lake city!
Service is typically great but we had an instance where a wait staff member neglected our table after we got food to the point where we had to check out with the hostess after waiting 20-30 minutes for the wait staff member to return.
All in all copper common is a gem in SLC!“

“Great cocktail spot! We checked Water Witch out on a vacation to SLC. LOVED the Great British Baking Show themed cocktails on the menu that night. They had very well balanced and creative cocktails. Bar is very small and crowded (its a popular spot for a reason), so finding a non Saturday night to visit would be advised.“

“Such a great spot. We came for lunch in a big group. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, quick, knowledgeable...she could talk about every item on the menu in detail. The food was delicious. We ordered a whole bunch of food to try I loved the French toast and the garlic fries were amazing. I can't wait to come back sometime for the dinner menu. The environment is unbelievable. Highly recommend this place.“

“What a fun lively atmosphere! The place was packed with so many people having a great time but yet service was fast and easy to get. But the best part were the well crafted cocktails from Ernest behind the bar. His curated drinks kept us there for a few hours while we chatted. “I ordered the steak tartare, pickled veggies, taro scotch egg, and kampachi crudo. I think my very favorite was the taro scotch egg, I mean.. it's taro and it's a scotch egg! The chili oil that accompanied it paired well. It was flavorful, but not really spicy. Didn't care for the pickled veggies and the crudo, both were kinda just.. sour. I did enjoy the tartare, but the flat bread that came with it was really sticky. After every bite, I'd have to scrape the stuff off with my tongue, lol. The flavor was good, but it was really hard to get off of my teeth. Luckily, I carry floss with me.

Overall fan of the staff, atmosphere, beer selection (I'm a beer guy) and events going on there. They rotate cocktails semi regularly so it's worth coming back, and it's a cool cozy chill little nook to hang out.“

I had the sazerac, which was okay, but really had no absinthe flavor which is a big miss for me. The bartender was really great and attentive. “This is a regular’s favorite bar, but also the go to bar to stop at if visiting SLC. We love Ollie, Mya, Mads, and the regular staff. Kind, accommodating, and sweet. We come here often and love the atmosphere they create. Home away from home. A must stop. Cheers!“

“The service was so slow we asked for our check 1 1/2 hours after not receiving our food. It took 45 minutes to even receive our drinks and the large order of boneless wings came with maybe 10 small pieces. the vegan wings I got had tiny pieces the size of my fingernail and very few larger chunks. Not coming back as this place has gone so far downhill.“

Their sandwiches are from a local gourmet sandwich joint, heated up in a toaster over, and served hot and delicious. You won't regret it. “We found this spot by accident and it was amazing! Excellent pizza, garlic cheese bread and caprese salad. The pizzas were huge and it was cool watching the chef toss the dough. “We enjoyed this little outdoor cider house. The seating is on an outside patio while they are remodeling. There was plenty of seating and live music to boot!
