Side note: We are from AZ and wondered why would someone give this place a bad review? So on the long drive home we read all the 1 stars. Shocked our experience was complete opposite. The water was perfect and so good. I am very picky about water and usually drink from bottles only. The food they brought as it was ready so my aunt got her sandwich first. Making all our food hot and warm. The waitress brought us to go boxes saying I think you guys need these and bags. Joe got my aunt a to go drink even. So the bad reviews about not getting a to go box or service is crazy. It's loud in there because people are talking and not on their phones. So the reviews about noise get off your phone and talk to people.

They treat everyone the same. So the reviews about being pregnant and needing a seat go sit in your car. First come. Then there was one about not being open. It clearly says they close at 2pm. So you write a review because you don't know that? People are interesting and entitled. I love the pictures on the wall. It's like eating at my families house with all the cousins. We definitely be back.“

“Memo's bakery pan dulce is great! I wouldn't buy pan dulce anywhere else. However... I recently bought a tres leches cake here and it was meh. It was not moist evenly, some parts were dry. There's one other place that makes better tres leches cake (I will not mention where), and they write happy birthday on it with actual ingredients on the spot, instead of just putting a happy birthday sign. If Memo's is going to charge 40+ dollars for an average size cake, and wants to compete, they need to step it up. Pan dulce though, hands down the best here.“

“I was super sick laying at home all day and couldn’t keep any food or water down. I had been rotating between the sauna and the bath all day to get rid of the shivers and body aches, really would only leave to go dryheave lol.

I drive to Panera right before they closed because I was starving and sick of dry heaving so decided to go get some soup and maybe some protein. I got there 15 mins before they close actually felt bad for pulling up but I needed it so bad lol, Daisy and her friend who were there were so nice and patient, I had no idea what I wanted so I just said “hey I’ve been throwing up all day, give me chicken noodle soup and a sandwich plz”

They did an amazing job on the sandwich, and when I get to the window they were so cheerful and offered me a free cookie. I’m not gonna eat the cookie until I can keep it down but these girls were amazing and made my whole day. Plus the food was phenomenal. Thank you so much ladies it was amazing yall are the best!“

“There was a guy that used to work here and he was super funny and really put a lot of love and care into the food he would make. Sometimes I would walk into Panera and catch him in the middle of prepping cheese and he just had the biggest smile on his face. He was cheesin while he cut the cheese. He always welcomed me when I would come in and made it a welcoming environment. I don't see him working here anymore, so I wonder if he works somewhere else. But I just wanted to say that I appreciated seeing him every time I would come in and hope he is doing well. He would wear a Korean name tag that said 노아. I don't know what that means but whoever that guy was, I thank him.“

“I honestly wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I work at two other hospitals, and the food here is leaps and bounds above the others in terms of freshness and quality. The workers are always super personable and I honestly feel like it’s almost coming to see a friend when I come to get my food (shout out to Alex and Eduardo). I never pack lunch when I work at this hospital because I know I can get quality, delicious food here. It’s honestly one of the highlights of my work day ? I’ll add some pics of my favorite salads here, but they also have some really good meals (grilled steak tacos, Alfredo pasta, curry and rice, etc.)
