“I have been a few times and really like this place. I've had a coworker specifically ask me to take him back to this place. It is hard to find a good thin and crispy pizza crust and this place has it. Pizza at most places are all flop. The flavors are great and unique and I'm craving this place again now. “We went into the Saratoga springs location and saw the magnificent looking cinnamon rolls. Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. We took 10 huge cinnamon rolls home and the family indulged in the best rolls ever! Thanks Carl!“

“It’s time to “fuggedaboutit”—and yes, I’m talking about this restaurant. Last week they delivered a pizza that was cold and burnt on the bottom. This time, I can hardly believe they even put it in a box (see picture). I’d consider eating there, but the tables are never clean and the staff comes off as indifferent. To make matters worse, they start asking everyone to sit on one side of the restaurant hours before closing—while all the tables are still dirty. The saving grace used to be the pizza—it was genuinely delicious. “Service was great. I feel they use a higher quality cheese than others in the area. Employees have always been super kind and so there best.

My only issue is every once in a while the crust profile is pretty big and I'm not a big fan of any pizza crust. But it's common with any company.

I will say I prefer their crust over others. It's not thin but also cakey. Perfect middle ground.“

“I went to MOD Pizza today because the garlic bread I ordered the other day was burned and honestly not very good. Tanner was the only person working in the entire restaurant by himself, and despite that, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

When I walked in, he was helping another customer but still took a moment to come over, ask what I needed, and immediately offered to remake the garlic bread with no hesitation. While I waited, I sat down with a cup of water, and a few minutes later he even brought me over a free drink mentioning it was just him so it might be a few minutes.

The remade garlic bread was amazing — way better than the first time — and Tanner truly went above and beyond with his customer service. Considering he was running the whole restaurant by himself, he could have easily been stressed, short, or unhelpful, but instead he was courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time.

Just wanted to recognize Tanner for providing such a great experience. Employees like him make a huge difference!“
