“This is the first time I've been to this location I have eaten at 100s of Jimmy John's and had my same sandwich every time. I have to say Steven made my number nine on whole wheat. My sandwich is in the top three of all time. The dude knocked it out of the park.. not sure why it was better than others it just was.., no offense to my local JJs.“

“All the food used to be 100% visible. Now they hide the meat and cheese so it's harder to see what is available. Must have cost hundreds of thousands of thousands of $$$ to do this remodel nationwide. A remodel should improve the situation, not make things worse. My guess is low I.Q. management.“

“They looked under staffed for lunch time. However, they were polite and you could tell that they were moving with a sense of purpose. Even though I had to wait a few extra minutes, it was worth it to see them work like a well oiled machine. You could certainly tell they were doing the very best they could.“

“My family is gluten free, with one child with celiac. I am so very thankful for how all these folks were trained in cleaning the counters and machines. There are not a lot of gluten free options when dining out, and definitely less when considering fast food. I appreciate the staff here so very much! “The first time I visited this place I was treated very well and their food was fresh, so I continued visiting it every time I was near the place. Every time I went the employees treated me kindly. If I were to return to Salt Lake City I will not hesitate to visit that place again.“

“Alex and Sam did an amazing job!! Super attentive. Sam was very informative And educated me as the customer. Alex LOADED up the veggies on my veggie sub, which is a big deal when you’re vegetarian and want to be filled on veggies. Both were very patient. I’m a district trainer at another sub shop so I’m always overly analyzing the sub making process at other stores. I don’t expect the best service at night as generally managers are on the morning shifts in restaurants. But tonight I was IMPRESSED.“

“I have eaten in literally hundreds of subways across this country. This is hands down the cleanest, friendliest and fastest location I have ever been to. The young man working this night should simply be paid more, I have no idea what he is making but it should be more. I will now pass other restaurants (including other subways) to eat at this location.“

“This is my new favorite Jimmy John's on the area, mostly because the drive-thru. They're also extremely quick in preparing the sandwiches. Staff seem to be decently kind and the place is super clean. The best one is the Turkey Tom with cheese, cucumbers and onion. Will for sure be back.“

“My wife and me came here tonight with no clue what to get. We only eat at subway once every other year and the staff was amazing by giving us options and letting us have a couple of samples to try. They were amazing and very helpful and patient with us while we decided what we wanted.
We bought the spicy nacho chicken sub on ghost pepper bread with a lot of veggies.
I would recommend going to this location for your next meal. Very clean inside and relaxing atmosphere.“

“Cher and her staff are amazing! Just to know how far she will go for her customers. The car wash quit working amid soap on car and she had us pull into the self car wash stall and she washed off our car and her and another employee wiped and dried our car off. They refused to let us get out of the car and do it or help! They are amazing here!!!“
