Their program is very hands on and personal. I learned so much while attending their program. It is perfect for whether you want to pursue a career in the food industry, or just become a better chef at home for your friends and family! The teachers are amazing to learn from and work with so I highly recommend their program!“

“I was so impressed with the food and professional staff at my daughters wedding luncheon. Everything looked amazing and they arrived early and started setting up before anyone. They also helped cut the wedding cake and the rented dinnerware was wonderful. They cleaned up quickly and they thought and helped with things that I hadnt considered and made things flow easily. Everyone at the luncheon was full and impressed with the quality of food. I would definitely recommend and use again.“

“This was a fun find today! It’s a little hole in the wall place but the food was awesome! We went at noon and it wasn’t busy so we got right in. The service was first rate. The menu had a great selection. We tried the cheeseburger with onion rings and French dip with fries and both were excellent. Will definitely go there again.“

“I have attended many parties and events that Eiffel Tower catered, from house parties to art gallery openings. The food has been exceptional every time! It is fresh and flavorful! I believe all the food is made in-house unlike many catering services that cut corners and use pre-packaged foods. I have had a wide variety of menus items all which I would recommend especially their crap cakes!“

“They made a very special cake for my son's fifth birthday and it was delicious! The cake was moist, the frosting was perfect. I have picky cake eaters, and people who don't like frosting, and this cake was devoured by all! Very wonderful to work with!“

“This is literally the most amazing, underrated deli in SLC. They have the best, most fresh tasting sandwiches I have ever had! Usually when I eat out, I always think that I could’ve made that dish way better myself at home, but not when I come to Apple Spice! I’m the type of person that orders the same thing every where I go but here I just want to try everything. I have yet to have a bad sandwich, panini, wrap, or soup!“

“They are unreliable. Twice in a row, we have ordered delivery, and it has never arrived (no confirmation of delivery either). When we have tried to call the store to fix the problem, the number either wouldn't work or the answering machine hung up before we could leave a message.“
