Chef Teilmann was not only professional , his menu was well curated utilizing fine ingredients and prepared in a manner fitting of a fine dining eating establishment with the added bonus of this being prepared in the comfort of our home . Chef Hansen recently cooked for our annual family trip. Everything was amazing! We gather each year and the theme of our dinners create a lot of opportunity for the Chef to be in the middle of our special night. Chef Hansen not only made an incredible meal, but he was extremely personable and took care of absolutely everything. He prepared the meal with pride and thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend him for any gathering you may have. Thank you for a wonderful event Chef!
Enigma Chef is the real deal! As someone who works frequently with high net worth families and individuals it’s important that I always bring in the best vendors. Chef Teilmann is definitely someone who fits that persona. He’s professional, polite, and respectful.
