“Their food has gotten so much better since they first opened! I've only tried the jjampong (recently), black bean noodles (recently), and tangsooyook (not too recently), and the noodle dishes were really good! I've been making a stop here before going to Grizzlies hockey games. The only thing that made me ? was when I got yelled at for sitting at a table before ordering. Apparently at this restaurant which does not have table service, you have to order first at the register then get seated. Maybe there's a sign that I may have missed? ?♀️“

“I love this place but as a disabled person the place is very large so to go to the food bar is difficult, I have to have someone go to the foodbar for me.Vegetarian options: I love the vegetables, freshParking: I am disabled so unless you get one of the few handicap spaces it is usually very far for me to walk from, I get dropped off.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker. Very large but unless seated by the food bar it’s too far for me to go to the food bar.“

“I've been here several times and always get the same thing. I got the combo bop with the rock chicken and tofu with a Korean corn dog. The food itself is really good but I am disappointed in the amount of toppings I got. There are only 4 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of chicken making it mostly rice and noodles. Hardly an cabbage either. I'm not sure if I ordered at a weird time but I was disappointing this time. Usually it's awesome. :( but I'm going to rate based on how it usually is- 4 stars“

“This is a great no-frills Korean restaurant. The food is delicious and full of flavor. The tteokbokki in particular was amazing and we loved the dolsot bibimbap and the spicy pork bibimbap. The service is where this place really stands out though. We were running late one evening and needed to grab food quick. They were busy during the dinner rush, but still did their best to get our food out asap—in less than 10 minutes! And everything was delicious as usual. Love this place!“

“I was really hungry after some grocery shopping so I stopped in for some gimbap. I ended up getting the bulgogi gimbap and it was even better than H-Mart’s! Perfect temperature and balance of ingredients. The banchan display was a little sparse and I didn’t buy any, but it all looked so good and fresh. I should come back sometime! The man who helped me was very polite, too.“

“Decent Korean food and the Sushi is actually good too. Free gyoza 5/5 for the table. The Bibimbap 5/5 is the star very flavorful and fresh.Galbi 3.5/5 had good flavor and fatty but the beef was very chewy and we expected it to melt in your mouth since it’s short rib. We actually wished the meat was slightly more charred too.Soon beef tofu soup 3/5 had no flavor we even asked for extra spicy and it was not spicy so we added alot of the red sauce in it and added kimchi and it tasted better.Oh roll 4/5 a really good shrimp tempura salmon sushi roll highly recommendService was good, restaurant clean and the ambiance was cute even though it was in a business building. I think we’d come back for bibimbap and more sushi. I think they offer some kind of pastry for dessert which I appreciate but we were too full so declined.“

“This was my first experience at Top Pot. It came highly recommended by friends. The initial impression was fun and adventurous with a greeting at the entry by Aqua Man and a giant Panda. We were seated promptly, and the wait staff was very good at explaining the concept and the way things worked. We fired up the grill and everyone ordered the broth of their liking. There is a huge selection of everything anyone could want. Many seafood, meats, dumpling, and fresh vegetable options to cook in your broth or in the grill. It took a little time to adjust the heat of the grill properly. But the staff realized our blunder and promptly replaced our slightly burned grill with a fresh new one. Go hungry, leave happy. And for the amount of food, drinks, and deserts you can consume, the prices seem reasonable. I highly recommend you give It a try!“

“Very happy with this place. Amazing beef, good chicken. The octopus comes pre cooked and you warm it up at your table. Excited to try their soju. The waitress (manager? owner?) is very very sweet and good and fast. I cant emphasize how surprised and happy i was about finding this place.the vibes, art and music here are impeccable.Dietary restrictions: menu is free of cilantro (thank god) and very kind to my lactose intolerance.Parking: About 20 spots to park free near the restaurant.“

“Absolutely delicious, got there and didn't expect a little bit of a wait but absolutely worth the wait. I got the sweet soy sauce and honey garlic and it literally been 15 muns after leaving the store and I've got nothing but good to say. Person working the counter was incredibly nice as well! Super crispy and moist chicken.“

“You will enjoy this cup bop, it's the same yummy as the food truck. You should walk all the way into the place to order. It's not a perfect layout for a brick and mortar place, but if you think of it like a permanent food truck, it makes sense.“

“Pleasantly surprised! Driven past this place for years unaware it was here. My husband and I loved EVERY dish that we got. Had the Dup-Bop (if you can’t handle spicy I would suggest no sriracha) and the K-Philly. Both had amazing flavors! Pot stickers were 10/10, crispy and delicious!“

“This restaurant is so delicious! We have been here multiple times and it keeps getting better. The staff is so nice. Even when it’s busy or empty, they treat you well. The food is authentic and so good. It is a mom and pop local restaurant that is worth supporting. One of the reasons why people say SLC has great food!Kid-friendliness: Always so nice to our child.“

“There aren’t very many Korean restaurants in Utah so fortunately we have this one located inside of Chinatown. I have visited Korea before and the food here is authentic and each dish tastes almost the same as restaurants in Korea. I was really craving cold noodles and this restaurant definitely satisfied my cravings. Highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Korean experience. One thing to note is that this restaurant leans more on the pricier side.“

“This place is amazing! We love Korean BBQ, having lived many years overseas. Utah has a few, but are often not authentic or poor quality. This is a first where it’s super close to the real thing, and super delicious! Also very good service every time we go.Would highly recommend!“

“Wow! Amazing customer service! I ordered the piggy bop, not realizing it would already be spicy. They remade me a dish of B bop instead, and it was SO GOOD! I’ve been unlucky with good customer service lately, but this store has restored my faith. Thank you!!! Love it!!!“
“You get a lot of food for what you are paying for. It's near a really cool Chinatown! (It's technically in the Chinatown.) The funniest part about this place is when you order, the waitress will convince you to get something else. So you get what you need and not what you want. It was good but just aheads up. Very funny experience.“

“Food is delicious, I usually order the Mandoo Bop and it is my favorite!! Service is really nice too! Workers are friendly and some of my family members don't speak much english and only Spanish, but there was a worker there that spoke Spanish and was able to talk to them without much trouble! Area is clean, they have some games to play, I played dominos with my family. Overall, I would recommend this place anytime! It's a 10/10 from me!!“

“Dont be discouraged by distasteful Karen reviews, its ridiculous that people feel entitled these days to come to someone’s restaurant and expect to do whatever they want. There is a huge warning sign as you come in - that no outside food or drink is allowed. Some people, like Befu and Kathryn, left unfair reviews here on Google Maps, complaining about not being allowed to eat other restaurant’s food in this place, the irony is - they ignored the massive sign hanging there, and came and started eating other restaurant’s food, and then got upset and left poor reviews. Now, who is exactly being disrespectful? If you treat the owner with no respect, why do you expect to be respected? And then he has to clean up after you too?? Most restaurants do not allow you to bring your own food.Review:These guys make great food and have a great customer service. I highly recommend the Korean potato cheese corn dog - its addicting! Taiyaki is awesome too! They cook everything fresh, from scratch, so be ready to wait, but its so worth it!“

“Don’t sleep on this place! The food is absolutely delicious and this restaurant deserves to be completely packed! Great balance of flavors with the sweet sauce and a good zing from the dressing and pickled cabbage on the rice bowl. Also, the mandoo is FIRE! Highly recommend.“
