“Love the food here and the servers are great but after being here for an hour, the manager actually came to our table and told us to leave. Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!“

We’ve been here twice now with the same wonderful food and surroundings.

“I had an excellent experience at the IHOP in Sandy, Utah, especially because of Rudy's service. He was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful throughout our entire experience. He showed genuine concern for making sure everything was perfect and made us feel very welcome.
Rudy's service is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Without a doubt, other servers in the franchise could be inspired by the dedication and attention he offers to customers.

“I had the best experience here! My waitress Isabella was an absolute delight and was so attentive to me and made sure I had everything I needed! She was so happy and took wonderful care of me!
