“I cannot visit Utah without stopping off at the Mirror Lake Diner in Kamas. Great food, wonderful environment and helpful staff. Winter, spring, summer or fall, this is the place for a hearty meal. My usual "go to" is their corned beef hash, but today I branched out to enjoy their huevos rancheros. French fries, home fries or tator tots- you decide what you like best. Kid friendly and allergy aware. ALL GOOD.“
“My bestfriend and I ate here on 9 Nov 2023, neither of us had been here before so we were excited to try it out. We got there around 1130ish and were trying to decide between breakfast/lunch. Our server was friendly and was very welcoming knowing it was our first visit. The restaurant was clean, bright and not crowded. I could see how it could be cramped during busy times because the tables are close to each other, but it wasn’t very busy that morning. Upon checking out the menu I immediately noticed that they offered a variety of classic eats, lots of vegetarian friendly meals, and a good drink selection too! My friend decided on the Biscuits and Gravy with potatoes and I ordered the Grilled Veggie Sandwich with fries. Being somewhere new I wanted to order something I don’t usually order and boy was I so glad I did! I still dream about that Grilled Veggie Sandwich! It was so flavorful, filling and delicious! I left nothing on my plate. I also tried a bite of my friend’s HUGE Biscuits and Gravy and it was phenomenal! I’m a huge Biscuits and Gravy lover and let me tell you this so THICK Biscuit is everything you ever dream of your biscuit to taste and feel like. If I ever go back to Park City I will definitely be going back for these items again and MORE!
