“Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed! We got potstickers, rangoons, pork egg rolls, and the combination pho. I did takeout via doordash and did have to wait a few mins for my food after arriving, but it was fresh and the staff was friendly. Inside was nothing to write home about, but still seemed clean.

The appetizers were tasty, had unique sauces and were decently priced. The pho broth had very good flavor and the meat was tender. I wish there was a bit more meat for a “large” sized pho but it was plenty for me and my boyfriend to share.

“I wanted to grab a bowl of pho for lunch, today, so I headed over to Pho Thin for the first time, ever, which is, “Temporarily operating in SAOLA Restaurant & Lounge building as a pop-up.”

When I arrived at noon, the parking lot was not crowded. There was only one woman working the front of house and one table of four seated on the Saola side of the dining room. The Pho Thin side was empty and I was seated at a two top facing the bar. The entire space is large, clean and modern.

The woman working the front of house was very friendly and quickly took my order of pho with beef tendon and extra beef tendon. I didn’t have to wait long for it to arrive. Typically, pho tends to be served with almost all of the liquid fat skimmed out of the broth. This broth had quite a bit of it, which I greatly enjoyed, except for the greasy splatters that appeared on my clothes. It was a bib or apron-required kind of pho. The beef tendon was just about perfect. I like it big. I like it chunky. Yum!

I enjoyed the pho enough that I plan to return with my wife for another bowl sooner, rather than later. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

I’m also looking forward to dining at Saola, which I was told serves Vietnamese and Asian-fusion cuisine. Strangely, I can’t find a listing for it on Google Maps.“

“Oh Mai has been our favorite place to get Vietnamese food here in Utah! I'm so happy to find out that there is now a location four minutes from my house.

I ordered my go-to, and it didn't disappoint. The BANH MI curry chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned with a bit of spice from the Jalapeño and the sweetness from the curry. I paired it with a basil roll and an orange fanta. Perfect combo in my opinion!“

“We arrived there Monday afternoon around 2 pm, and it was not busy at all. Ordered Pho, and we were served in minutes. The broth was savory and tasted pretty good! Accompanying vegetables and herbs were fresh. I would definitely return to try other dishes when I am back in the area.“
