But she was very helpful and accommodating, and just gave me the deal. I was super impressed! She went above and beyond. This is how customer service should be!“

“Cute place! The barista is incredibly skilled, and the roasts are unique yet divine. Cortado was perfectly textured. Affogato espresso was strong, and the texture of the ice cream perfect for creating little espresso pockets. Definitely recommend!“

“We love decorating our own donuts for Easter. It's a fun tradition we've done for a few years now. The kids like the donuts more than eggs :) We placed an order though their app and then picked them up through the drive-thru window. It's always an easy and pleasant experience!“

“Give me allllll the gluten free, dairy free bagels haha.. They have the most amazing bagels that my entire family loves, kids included. We usually get them on the weekends as something special. They are spendy but 100% worth it. The staff is always super friendly and if you are dining in, it is absolutely gorgeous in there, we love hanging out upstairs.“

“I'm not a coffee drinker, but love a good spicy chai latte. I ordered one and said "the spicier the better" and they "said say no more" and delivered a beautiful extra spicy chai with lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom. They also have PHENOMENAL quiches made in house. We've tried four different kinds and none of them disappoint.“

“Visiting from out of town and this place was perfect for me. This is a family owned and operated coffee shop that seems to only hire the best people. Everyone was wonderful and helpful while I plopped for the morning in their shop. The WiFi is fast and there are comfy places to sit! I just wish I was able to plug in at more of their seats but it is what it is. Their coffee is delicious! I ordered a pistachio latte and found it delicious. They don't over pour the syrups which is a huge plus! I also ordered the Aztec Sandwich and I was blown away! The steak was prepared perfectly so it had a good amount of moisture and the other ingredients were fresh. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I work in the same building as these guys and the staff is always friendly and kind. I've been coming for a year and they've never messed up my order and the service is fast because there isn't a drive through. Its a great location.“

“This place is an absolute gem of a cafe. The drinks taste excellent, everyone is very friendly, and the entire space is cozy, including the covered outdoor area.Parking: There is no parking lot or nearby parking lots so you have to sparsely park alongside the cafe and other houses.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is a little lacking as its just a streetside cafe with no designated parking. If you are on the sidewalk already, however, it's not hard to make your way in, its just a little crowded if anything.“

“We've been here repeatedly for years and it's been a consistently good Italian restaurant, but the main reason I got on here now is to mention something they have that most restaurants don't, that my husband recommends to most restaurants we go to now - lavender flavoring that they'll put into lemonade or iced tea - REALLY good - wondered what I'd think of it since I have no sense of smell & it was great in lemonade & in the iced tea.“

“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“

“2nd time to this location. Breakfast is great. Loved my chicken breakfast enchiladas. My granddaughter had #1 Cakes (pancakes, egg, bacon) and my adult son had a custom omelette. Our server was fantastic. The booth seating is our preferred. Rustic, log cabin dining room is quaint. We'll be back.“

Browse the art and other handmades and you'll be out of there in no time.Parking: It's in a business strip, so there's a parking lot. “Great app for ordering in advance. They don't start your order until you let them know you're in the drive through.Coffee is good and hot to be able to drink without burning your tongue.App has pretty good rewards. It lets you order, pay and tip before you even get there.“

“They are always on point. I had an energy plam beach drink was excellent choice. The nursing facility staff gets drinks for the staff. The service is always fast and the employees are punctual and polite on big orders.“

“I drove around to different Starbucks in search of the Macadamian Cold Brew a sweet girl at this location told me they were gone for the year and listened to me wine and cry , and when I pulled up to get my order she surprised me with a drink that was just as good as the Macadamian cold brew . I wish I would have got her name . She had glasses on and was working the drive-through around 5:00 P.M., That is over the top customer service . I hope she gets recognized . “The customer service was exceptional. Jace recommended a few hot and cold beverages to me as I was looking at the menu. I chosen the caramel cielo which he recommended and it was very good. I wish I would've gotten a large instead of the medium. I would totally recommend, it's better than Starbucks too!“

“Whenever I come to Beans and Brews for my morning Jo, it is always a great experience! I am always greeted by a friendly face, and my coffee is always done correctly. If it's not, they always make it right! It's by far my favorite coffee spot. I gotta have my hot carmel cellio in the winter and my BB Frap in the summer! “Best customer service I have ever had from a coffee shop. They messed up on my mom's order and could not fix (she ordered and paid for turkey panni only to find they were out of turkey) so they comped her a free drink. Being that we had been talking about how we were from out of town they could have just refunded her money and we would have beenon our way. But they went out of the way to make her feel like a valuable customer. Will recommend to everyone I know in the area ortraveling to/through. Will definatelycome here again next time I am in town. My Chai was excellent and our drinks were great.“

The quiet but not lonely seating was perfect for doing schoolwork, and the bonus of having outlets to charge devices made my visit even better. Five stars all the way!“
