You wait in one line to order. Then you wait in another line to pay. Were told what we ordered wasn’t available. Ordered something different and paid (also bought some stickers) After another very long wait other people had been going up and asking about their orders, so we did as well. They couldn’t find our order! Asked what we wanted and made it. My son asked for an Oreo shake with chocolate ice cream. They got it wrong- used vanilla. I’m Lactose intolerant & when ordering with my husband, I asked if I could buy a small cup of Raspberries. One lady said yes, but 2 minutes later, another lady said NO!!!(VERY…RUDE)!!!
