“RUN, don't walk, to this sourdough bakery!! We bought the Khorasan Whole Wheat, Parmesan Black Sesame, and Black Currant sourdough loaves. The Khorasan was great, and the Parmesan Black Sesame was SUPERB. My husband and I agreed it was the best tasting creative sourdough loaf we'd had in a long time! We still have to slice open the Black Currant loaf, and I will update when we do.

I love that they grind the ancient grain (khorasan) fresh on site, right before making the bread (with 30-40% khorasan and the rest organic white wheat). Fresh milled wheat has many micronutrients, including B vitamins, betaine, choline, Vitamin E, and insoluble and soluble fiber.

I also got to try a sample of the sourdough+yeasted baguette, and wow, it had so much better flavor than the usual baguette, because of the fresh milled Khorasan used in it. I can't wait to see what else they produce as they grow!“

“Had some amazing coffee ☕️ this morning The girl was so friendly and helpful I had a sf vanilla and cinnamon latte and my friend had an iced coffee black, she was kind enough to add cinnamon powder to my shots and it gave my coffee a fantastic flavor!
