“I sent my sons inside Heber subway to get a large order, on some of the sandwiches they missed bacon and cheese. I returned with one of my sons for new sandwiches. Nathan said he came in to work towards the end of my order and was very apologetic and made me new sandwiches. He was very professional and understanding. Victor on the other hand was very upset throwing vegetables on the sandwich and had big attitude. On a side note, he also never uses the white paper when he wraps up the sandwiches. Please let Victor know that he should express his distain AFTER the customer leaves. Another lady was inside eating, who also had the bacon forgotten by Victor. Props to Nathan again for being extremely professional. I am giving 4 stars for Nathan's professionalism even though he was not the one who messed it up, however if it was only based on Victor 1 star would be given (major attitude). I can't give 5 stars since there was a mistake but Nathan was worth getting 4 stars. Thanks so much Nathan, take a chill pill Victor.“
“Edit: I previously left a review regarding how uncomfortable I was watching how what I assumed was management was treating a teenage employee. Jimmy John's quickly reached out regarding the situation trying to get details in order to take appropriate action! I look forward to returning in the future to a much friendlier, more comfortable atmosphere! Thank you!“

“Karson is the GOAAATTTT! I was just SOOOOO hungry I could eat a forrest. I asked for spinach and boy did my man deliver. He gave me spinach after spinach after spinach! He really hooked us up, but just with the leafy greens of goodness and delight, but he was also funny and charismatic. He definitely made my experience mystical, some might even say magical. - Benson Boone. He deserves a raise!“
