“Hi there, so I am in Utah visiting my grandchildren. And I happened to get a little bit under the weather. I have ate here before and it always has such an excellent soup. I decided to DoorDash some soup and some kids meals for my grandbabies. I just want to say thank you so much. My order was exactly how I ordered it, and my grandbabies love their kid meals. “This was our 1st time eating here, and we loved it!! I ordered the puffy pitas (they come with 3) and it was so filling. I was completely full after two. My husband got their signature wrap, which he liked, but said it was difficult to eat. The street cart fries were good...lots of olives. The feta cheese was legit. “Wheelchair accessibility: The space and ramp to parking are further from the door. The door is not easy to open with a manual chair. Once inside the aisles are wide, counter is high so difficult to see, payment was too high to reach and read the screen. In the seating area there is plenty of space between tables to move about and table height is great.“

“We love Pizza Factory! The crust is yummy! We always get the bread twists with a side of Alfredo. All of the specialty pizzas are wonderful. The pastas are great. The salad bar has lots of options. It is clean and the employees are kind and efficient.“

We always seem to be helped by the same young lady who is so helpful and courteous. I think her name is Brooke and she always appears to be working so hard and cleaning! Great service with cashier and put my order in to go with no issues and he was very polite. 5 minutes later my food was brought out by a very young girl whom had a big grin on her face and then decided to say my name wrong loudly like the famous singer “K$sha” with her little laugh. I corrected her “it’s ‘Kee-sha’ and she then chuckles and says “my bad” laughing more. She was deliberately insulting me and mocking me. I wanted to smack her with the bag of food. I went to my car and looked to see how the nice gentleman spelled my name and he spelled it clearly so it would be announced correctly. What a disrespectful little teenage Bi$&@ that needs to be taught respect and manners. Because of her it’s ruined my experience and possibly how long until I decide to go back.
