“Hi, can you get me my rewards and read my review? The food was good. Not great, the rice was a little under done. Plus- I have had the Costa Vida rewards for over 15 years. I built up my rewards and when CV changed rewards apps they didn’t move over my rewards. I have a screen shot of my rewards balance.. I’ve tried to contact you and headquarters. No one replies. I’ll keep trying to get to use my rewards. When ordering in the app you can’t choose things like half and half dressing, cilantro, lime, jalapeños. The restaurant was out of cholula. I got two grilled chicken salads and again salad was good, not great. Takeaway: Add options to app, honor your customers’ rewards, check rice before serving and keep your shelves stocked with offered condiments.“

anything carne asada is fantastic, their quesadillas, and burritos are as well. Their rolled tacos are a hit or miss - they’re either incredible, or they are bland and oily, but we really love this place.“

“The last few times Ive ordered from La fountain, the food has been phenomenal. I always get a smothered burrito and a side of rice. The chile verde that smothers the burrito has a nice kick of heat and tastes nothing short of delicious! The rice is always fluffy and tasty. The only bad thing I have to say is, I wish they'd stop being stingy with those yummy tender pork pieces! 🤤 Thanks for the service. As always, ill be back again and again.“

“Other reviews made me skeptical, but I was in the area and it was my first time at this location. Quality varies day to day at my usual go-to Cafe Rio location anyways. So I was impressed today when ordering in person, which may take longer, but the quality is always better and assures that the order is correct. Portion size was good, food was tasty, and service was nice. Kudos to all the staff working today... they were in the game.“
