My visit to Pollo Loco left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was good, it was perplexing that the food, particularly the chicken, was served lukewarm despite being cooked just before lunchtime. The flavors were commendable, but the unexpected temperature of the chicken was a noticeable drawback that impacted the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Went here with my family a while ago and it was a really really good place but it was the one in Roy, they recently built one in Layton and put family didn't really have high expectations for it, but when we went here the food was just as good as I'm Roy, this Fast Food Chain is great for consistency expect I had a little better customer service in the Roy one. Great place solid choice for food!
