Yep, slow service at this location. But the drink was just fine and the servers were nice.
I bought the Fiiz tumbler to get the discounted drinks and I don't. They need to make sure all employees know that with the Fiiz tumbler you get 10% off. I have to remind them about the discount but if I don't then I pay the full price of 44 oz drink. Seriously what is the point of the tumbler if I don't get the discount. I hate having to ask them if I got the deal and how much it was. Since mother's day when I got the tumbler I have only gotten the discounted price a couple times...read full review
