Great service with cashier and put my order in to go with no issues and he was very polite. 5 minutes later my food was brought out by a very young girl whom had a big grin on her face and then decided to say my name wrong loudly like the famous singer “K$sha” with her little laugh. I went to my car and looked to see how the nice gentleman spelled my name and he spelled it clearly so it would be announced correctly. “Hi there, so I am in Utah visiting my grandchildren. And I happened to get a little bit under the weather. I have ate here before and it always has such an excellent soup. I decided to DoorDash some soup and some kids meals for my grandbabies. I just want to say thank you so much. My order was exactly how I ordered it, and my grandbabies love their kid meals. “Stopped by The Pie in Ogden and overall had a pretty good experience. The pizza is definitely on the heavier side — super cheesy, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. If you like that thick, indulgent kind of pizza, this place will hit the spot. We got a half-and-half to try different styles and both were solid.

The vibe inside is casual and kind of old-school, which fits the place. Staff was helpful and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are a little up there depending on what you get, but the portions are big enough to share or take home.

My husband got their signature wrap, which he liked, but said it was difficult to eat. The street cart fries were good...lots of olives. The feta cheese was legit. “Wheelchair accessibility: The space and ramp to parking are further from the door. The door is not easy to open with a manual chair. Once inside the aisles are wide, counter is high so difficult to see, payment was too high to reach and read the screen. In the seating area there is plenty of space between tables to move about and table height is great.“

“We love Pizza Factory! The crust is yummy! We always get the bread twists with a side of Alfredo. All of the specialty pizzas are wonderful. The pastas are great. The salad bar has lots of options. It is clean and the employees are kind and efficient.“
