“My family has been coming here since they first opened! We love that there are so many different fun Italian ice flavors with the option to mix with ice cream (actually frozen yogurt). We always seem to be helped by the same young lady who is so helpful and courteous. I think her name is Brooke and she always appears to be working so hard and cleaning! Teenage employees like her must be hard to find nowadays.“

Had to wait at the counter for a few minutes waiting to order while somebody just stood to the side behind the counter and didn't say anything to us or other employees. Then another employee came and took our order after they were done serving someone else's food.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: The space and ramp to parking are further from the door. The door is not easy to open with a manual chair. Once inside the aisles are wide, counter is high so difficult to see, payment was too high to reach and read the screen. In the seating area there is plenty of space between tables to move about and table height is great.“

“When door dash royally messed up the order by leaving items, this place went above and beyond by making Sure that the fix didn't get messed up. They gave extra cookies and left a nice note to help with the inconvenience. Thanks Twisted Sugar! You always brave the snow and ice at your drive up too.“

“Food is great but its all teenagers that work there so dont expect much for service. We stood at the front waiting for someone to seat us for 5 minutes with several other groups and the restaurant was pretty empty. I only saw a couple tables with people at them.“

“I haven't been to Noodles for awhile. I received a gift card so I went today. They changed the menu from penne to rigatoni rosa. I prefer the penne. Tara was so gracious making sure I had the right sauce and came to my table to be sure everything was okay. I was impressed with the service!“

“Our first server was awful. He looked really annoyed when he had to seat us, and that was after we sat there for 2 minutes waiting. Mind you there was only one other table in the restaurant that was filled. He asked us what we wanted to drink, and then proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes talking to this other table about video games. Fortunately another server came over and took over for him. That was the only thing that saved this visit. This is my first time at your restaurant and was not a great impression. The lady that served us was great, minus not refilling my beverage until I was asked. She did give us free dessert wontons for our inconvenience.“

“We came for dinner for my 6-yr-olds birthday because she LOVES noodles and it’s not as expensive as a fancier noodle restaurant.
The kids meals were priced well, but the adult meals were too expensive for what you get. I got the pulled pork Mac n cheese and it was pretty good.“
