McDonald's in Layton

“The food on my end was good, but my friend was all like "I wish they would've spread the mayonnaise more, it was all at the end" yea yea whatever right. the hot n spicys were hot n spicy, just like our server who I don't remember the name. Service was top tier, they played poker face and I asked to turn it up. they never did bc it would be inappropriate or whatever but A for effort you know? The atmosphere was mids, I mean it's mcdonald's I’m not eating on saturn cmon man.“

“Even though I went through the drive thru, I got the best service from Jordan! Smiled and was very caring and professional, really cares about me as a customer and I'm glad to see this McDonald's stepped up it's game from before. Keep up the great work Jordan! 5 stars today!“

“I picked up my food at the drive thru. I was served by the employee Koda (I think that's how it's spelled). Of all the times I've been, I think this is the first time I've been served with such patience and kindness. His attitude is what makes the difference between having a calling for customer service or not. With employees like him, you want to come back. Only thing to say: My burger came with cucumber and I wanted it without cucumber!

“Initially, there was an error. I was missing some of my food order. I came back in and this amazing lady that I did not get her name of.. she recognized me and said oh no what what happened and she made it her mission to go beyond expectations and make me walk away feeling better than what I would’ve felt getting all my food correctly.
The whole staff made me feel good though not too single about anyone, but they out performed Chick-fil-A’s friendliness right there

PS beware of slippery floors when it’s raining I nearly busted my butt coming inside lol“
