What’s the point of paying extra for something if they aren’t going to give it to you? Ridiculous. When I pay for something extra I expect to get what I paid for.
I placed a few delivery overs and they were spot on with everything. The burger i ordered however was to greesy to eat. The chicken strips and milk shakes have been decent. The tea was a little on the light side from most locations but was still good.
Horrible customer service. I couldn't find anywhere on the app to put no ice. I'm very sensitive to too cold so I don't like it. When i went to pick my order and requested no ice, they said they could not modify an app order. Even to remove ice. Nice. Thanks for listening to your customers. Policies over people. I wasn't asking to change drinks, just to not get ice. Ridiculous! Hopefully they get new management or policy changes. I won't be back soon.
