My boyfriend and I went to this location, and pressed the button to order. 15 minutes later someone told us that we had to use the drive thru. We sat there in that drive thru in the same spot for 30 minutes. We tried a stall again, sat for another 10 minutes, and pressed the button again. Takes way too long for a couple drinks to come out. Pressed the button for assistance and was put on hold and never got a reply back. I’ve been here for an hour waiting. Unfortunately they already got my money. The wait continues

Multiple times I've been asked to pull into a stall when I drive up to the drive through. Then I order one or two small things, and wait and watch as 15 cars go through the drive through and I wait in a stall... Not bad otherwise, but anytime I've ordered in a stall I wait at least 15 minutes for my food, no matter how crowded or deserted the location is! Best of times.
