He was super kind, patient, and made a great sandwich—even though he was the only employee there! I felt bad seeing him put in that kind of situation, having to juggle a growing line of customers all on his own. Still, he stayed calm and handled it like a pro. He deserves major credit for how he managed everything. I hope necessary steps are taken to not put the employees in that kind of stressful situation.“

“While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.“

“Just moved to provo recently so this was my first time at this location just walked in trying to get my food and leave when the man ahead of men started throwing a fit and getting aggravated claiming “dont you know im a regular here ive never seen such thin slices of meat this is bullshit” and ive never seen anyone de-escalate a problem better and more efficiency when skyler the man making his sandwich firmly informed that that meat was actually thick and he didn’t need to yell in the store and to even prove he wasn’t wasnt shorting the man he even suggested weighing the meat on a scale this ended up de-escalating the problem and i promptly complemented skyler on his professionalism and as a thank you he even gave me a large drink and cookie on the house i will definitely be coming here again“

Definitely a better and friendlier local vibe than your local Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's for sandwiches just as good. It was a bit pricey in comparison to the quick-service competition tho.“

After a long hike, it was exactly what we needed, fresh, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients. The chicken was perfectly grilled, the veggies were crisp, and everything tasted clean and satisfying. My wife and I both agreed it was one of the best post-hike meals we’ve had. We’re definitely coming back, this place is a gem!“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“This place takes me back to my youth when I would spend time there during the day while my family's shop was down the road. I'd buy a pink sugar cookie or order a sandwich. They stack the deli meat, paper bag it and each table is filled with comics on the table under the clear plexi glass top. Lots of Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, and others. Great lunch time spot to go, read some fun comics and enjoy the rest of your day filled.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? “Food was amazing at Draper location. We are into food that doesn’t make you feel like crap after eating, like McDonald’s. We ordered the protein plates and the salmon and special salads were really good! I couldn’t believe this was fast food for how good everything tasted, and more importantly how it made me feel!! Really wish there was a way I could bring this restaurant to my home state!! It would do really well in ND! Thank you for creating this wonderful place, Cubby!!“

“Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“They did a good job with the bread It's hard to see the meat because there's a big metal cover. The only thing I have a problem with there really is the vegetables over freezing and it makes it nasty. But I don't mind coming back to the store cuz they did a good job with everything else.“
