“While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.“

“I came in on Thursday night with a friend and the food was great! The manager, Nick was very kind. However, I asked about his coworker, Nizone, because she was honestly not friendly at all. When we walked in she just looked me in the eye and didn't say welcome. When I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and Nick ended up making it for me. She forgot to put mayo on my friends sandwich. It didn't ruin my experience, because Nick and the other boy were friendly, but it is worth mentioning because she did make me feel bad.“

Definitely a better and friendlier local vibe than your local Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's for sandwiches just as good. It was a bit pricey in comparison to the quick-service competition tho.“

The restaurant itself is very small, hence the 3/5 stars for atmosphere.
I love the steak fajita wrap with no tomatoes, but avocado instead and jalapeño ranch instead of the regular one. It’s ridiculously scrumptious.“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“This was my go to place back in college. A warned 8 inch Sensuous was perfect. 25 years later, it's still the same. The service was fast and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. I do recommend this place.“

Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“This is by far best sandwich place in Provo! All their ingredients are fresh and delicious. You get exactly what you pay for here. High quality sandwich, great service and a fun old school aesthetic. There are only two locations and Provo is my favorite. I feel like the sandwiches are always better in the Provo location.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? " Even better, the sandwich was delicious. We will be back. Thanks.“

“I went in not knowing what I was wanting, but the employee there helped me by listing off his favorites and was trying to help find what was best suitable for me. It was a very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious! Overall amazing service and patience by the employee Moe! I would recommend him if you are wanting help!“

“Firehouse subs has the best sub sandwich out there. You can’t beat the hook and ladder. Today I got the “buy one medium get one free” and it was delicious. This location is clean with friendly fast workers. I love that they have a veteran discount.“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“

“We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.“

“They did a good job with the bread It's hard to see the meat because there's a big metal cover. The only thing I have a problem with there really is the vegetables over freezing and it makes it nasty. But I don't mind coming back to the store cuz they did a good job with everything else.“

“The customer service at this location was really good. Both the workers were friendly. They prepared our sandwiches quickly and accurately. The only think that was hard to look at was the one employee who has his pants hanging so low that we had to look at his behind every time he turned around.Other than that one negative part of our visit, everything else was positive. The place is clean and looks new.“
