Vessel Kitchen has a varied menu and plenty of options. I ordered the mango lotus salad. It was SO fresh and delicious. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful and knew the menu thoroughly. We sat out on the patio which had plenty of shade at noon. Overall a great experience and I'd go back!
