“I ordered a soda, a large popcorn, and a little licious on the app for drive thru pickup. The service was quick. My soda was delicious (my favorite is a my jam). The popcorn though was terrible, almost inedible. It tasted burnt and had black speckles on a lot of it. I asked the employee and she said it was probably because the machine is old and the employees aren't allowed to clean the inside of the popper because they might break it. Get a new machine or don't sell popcorn! (Though I love getting a popcorn with my soda, so I vote new machine.) It was such a disappointment and waste of money. Soda and service: 5 stars. Popcorn: 0 stars.This was my first time at this location. I noticed they have a lobby with seating which is awesome! I will definitely be returning and hoping the popcorn machine gets cleaned thoroughly or replaced.“

“it’s not bad! i love it for the convenience and the amount of flavors they have ? i wish the drinks were made consistently though. i always get my coffee with almond milk and today i got a double torture but it tasted kind of sour and very, very strong but not in a good way. the drink was also super dark which is how i can tell if the drink isn’t going to taste that good lol. however, the employees are usually super sweet and the line moves pretty fast“

She was so sweet and gave me great recommendations when I couldn't decide what to order. 10/10 recommend coming here for good service!!!“

“The front-line employees are awesome!!! However, I feel sorry for them. A lot of customers want hot food and the oven has been broken for over 1 month . It’s sad they have to deal with numerous disgruntled, irrational customers because the owners don’t fix their store’s oven. It creates a bod experience for all when that happens.“

“I always come by here to get boba, and they're not only super consistent but SO GOOD! I came back recently to try their kuy teav they just added, and I can't tell you how amazing it is. They hook you up with so much in toppings and soup, and it's at an amazing price!! Not only that but the customer service has always been amazing, especially the girl the runs everything. “I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!“

They use Styrofoam for the smoothies which is may be more of an environmental impact than the straw subject. my other smoothie place, orange peel, doesn't use Styrofoam, So it's possible to avoid! I hope Tropical Smoothie can get away from Styrofoam in the near future.“

“My daughter and I love starting our Friday's with a drink from Swig and the Fred Show. The drive thru is fast and the workers are always friendly and have great suggestions. Our go to's are the Mango Breeze and Strawberry Breeze they have real fruit chunks and turn regular drinking water into something tropical.“

“So bomb! I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which I customized with Splenda instead of the regular sugar. I’m so glad they offer this option because regular sugar would have been too much for me. The smoothie was delicious!

I also got a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still really good.

My pick-up order was ready when I got there, so I was able to leave quickly. I’ll definitely be back to this place again!“

The peanut butter chia pudding, coconut whip cream and peanut butter granola were so good! I will definitely be coming here again in the future.“

“I’m writing this review to give major praise to the gentleman working yesterday. When I pulled up to the window, I could see he looked a bit frazzled. He sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he was the only one working at the moment. Funny enough, I was the only car in line and barely waited at all.
The interaction was quick, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how my drink would turn out since he seemed rushed. But the moment I took my first sip, I was reminded exactly why I always choose this location. It was hands-down the best Zippy Zen I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to come here because no other location makes it quite like this one and this visit was just another reminder why i will continue to spend my money here.
So thank you to the solo employee holding it down. Even if his day wasn’t going the way he hoped, he still managed to make mine better“

“It was our first time eating at this restaurant. It did not disappoint. The cashier was so kind and gave me some recommendations. The service was amazing and our food came out quickly. The meals were extremely tasty. The chicken caprese melt was so cheesy. We will be coming back very soon!“

“This Jamba is awesome! The drive-through is very convenient, quick and easy. Great workers and the service has improved since the past few times I’ve stopped by. It’s right off van winkle and it’s a quick grab and i can hop back on the road. Today evalyn made my day with her smile and quick service. “When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“So yummy!!! we got the birriaquiles and chicken flautas (pictures) we also got choriqueso which was delicious but we didn’t get a picture because we devoured it! We also really loved their signature salsa it was delicious and had just the right amount of heat. The environment and ambiance was really nice and inviting! “What started as a boba obsession turned into one of our favorite take out place in UT. We ordered DoorDash one night and fell in love so much we went and picked it up the next night. The chicken fried rice is the kind you search for until you find THE one. The boba isn’t too sweet and they give the right amount of boba. Everyone who works there greets you as they are really happy to see you. We love Hi-Tea!“
