“The general manager helped me out quite a lot. They accidentally made more in my smoothie than what I needed, but they worked with me to get me a very simple smoothie. I have IBS so I just wanted strawberries and something with sugar in it. They don’t have coconut milk and they also gave me soy protein for free. Awesome!“

“Such a great Swig location! The drinks are delicious and they’re served super fast, even when the drive thru lane is 10 cars deep. I went in to pick up my order because I didn’t want to sit in the line. They apologized “for the wait,” but there literally wasn’t a wait. I ordered, walked inside, my drinks were waiting. Excellent service!

Pricepoint was great considering it was a rare healthy eats option located in a truck stop. The only negative was actually finding the place. The black text on the store front signage was difficult to spot during the daytime. Also there was not noticable signage directing to the little drive thru pickup window, unless you were at the side of the building with the actual window.

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“
