“Solid nutella acai bowl. They give you a good amount of toppings. I also got the occasional pineapple taste randomly which was unexpected but a nice touch. I wish there was a bit more acai base. I got the 18 Oz and felt like I could have done with a few more spoonfuls of the base to go with how much toppings there are. Overall, fine.“

The pickup process was smooth, and the employee helping me was super friendly. The shop itself is clean and well-organized. Overall, a great first experience!“

“Best empanadas in the city. This place is amazing. My wife and I grab a couple empanadas pepeadas every Friday afternoon. The tequeños are really good as well. Orders usually take 10-20 minutes, so don't come here in a rush. It's always worth the wait!“

“The food is fresh and delicious and hot. Every bit of it is cooked to perfection. Idk how they do it but the vegetables (despite not being seasoned or roasted) are so flavorful and fresh and bright. The sauces and spices are wonderful and the meat is always cooked perfectly no matter which kind I get, as well as the rice. The service is friendly and again, the food is wonderful. I've come in a bit hangry once and they were good to me anyway. They've got it all figured out.“

I do highly recommend Protein Foundry and I would never go anywhere else to try their amazing Rio Açaí Bowls or their protein shakes as other places that I’ve tried were just too sweet or not hitting my taste buds! I have had only great experiences with the 2 locations and a few times w/ the newer one close to downtown in an area of a younger-uptown population. Totally understandable! “LOVE the acai bowls here. I've tried a few different places around and this is a top favorite. Good thing they don't have a location down in Lehi or I'd be going here way too often!

I will say, though, beware the chicken sandwich! The dijon is no joke. Not sure if there's horseradish in it or something, but it is STRONG. So if you're like me and have a low tolerance for anything that tastes remotely like horseradish, probably swap it for something else.“

“I ordered my food at the wrong location, so when I went in and gave my name, obviously they didn’t have it. I was balancing a rambunctious toddler. Slightly embarrassed I went to leave for the correct location. They then asked for my order, insisted on making it there and had everything whipped up within 2 minutes. Their kindness, ownership, and desire to solve a problem that was not theirs was truly touching! The team working today showed the next level of customer service.
